Activist & journalist Tommy Robinson was reporting outside Leeds Crown Court on a trial of men accused of running a grooming gang. In a video posted online, Tommy was then surrounded by Police, arrested and put in the back of a van. It was said he was being arrested for ‘Breach of the Peace’. What has since transpired has caused incredible shock and anger across social media and the world, The United Kindom has seen non-stop protests since Tommy’s arrest.
Reports are surfacing of huge protests taking place in Manchester, with protester’s chanting Tommy Robinson’s name.
Thousands are reported to be marching waving Union flags and the St. Georges Cross they do not seem scared to march for freedom of speech.
The march has been organised by the DFLA (Democratic Football Lad’s alliance) and is being streamed on multiple social media accounts. Yesterday the streets of Leeds were brought to a standstill and today its Manchester’s Turn.
