Following the reported death of Jeffery Epstein in his cell last week, many have commented on events as they have unravelled in the intermittent period. However, a man who knew Mr Epstein better than most, his long-time bodyguard and former UFC fighter Igor Zinoviev has said someone helped Mr Epstein commit suicide. He stated, “Somebody helped him to do that,”. However, in a move that will raise eyebrows he refused to go any further with his suspicions adding “Listen, you know, that’s going a little too deep.”

Mr Zinoviev stated that he lived at Mr Epstein’s infamous Palm Beach home for a total of six years. However, he appears wholly detached from feeling on Mr Epstein. Mr Zinoviev said “I’m not sad. I mean, I didn’t have anything against him, like a bad thing, you know? I don’t care about his life completely. I don’t give a, let’s say, like, crap about how he die, how he live, or how he’s managed”. Some may come to the conclusion that this move will be as a result of the crimes Mr Epstein allegedly took part in.  

Following an autopsy result on Thursday that revealed that Mr Epstein suffered several broken bones in his neck, allegations of foul play are likely to only intensify. 

Earlier in the week the New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has already said that he is not a conspiracy theorist, but Mr Epstein’s death was “way too convenient.” In addition to this it has been widely reported that prison guards monitoring Mr Epstein on suicide watch in Manhattan jail where he was being held allegedly fell asleep the night before his death and falsified documents to cover up their mistakes. The New York Times led on this story and said “the guards dozed off for three hours, causing them to miss the Metropolitan Correctional Center’s routine prisoner check. They then forged their supervision logs, which could come with criminal charges”. Mr Epstein’s high-profile social circle has only amplified the media attention on this case.
