Opinion-We have left the EU and we have been lied to for decades

As you are aware, I am a Brexiteer and that I am dedicated to restoring Sovereignty, Independence and Democracy within the United Kingdom.
I very much believe this country did actually leave the EU on 29th March 2019 at 11 pm, you also know, my opinion that initial membership of the EU[EEC] despicable organisation as of 1st January 1973 was and is unlawful). I make my case in regards to the chicanery, deceit and utter abuse of Democracy within both Houses of parliament on three different counts:
1) Former Prime Ministers used the Royal Prerogative to sign the various treaties. The Supreme Court in the Gina Miller case ruled that the current PM could not use the Royal Prerogative in order to make a notification to the EU of our intention to leave. It therefore follows that the signing of these treaties, which transferred powers away from the UK and to the EU, rather than vice versa, could not have been lawful.
2) The 1689 Bill of Rights contains an Oath that prevents any “foreign” power or person from exercising “any” jurisdiction over this country. The EU collectively is arguably a “foreign” power and the unelected EU officials are certainly “foreign” persons.
3) Lord James wrote a document, in it he made the argument that under the terms of Article 46 of the first Vienna convention, the Theresa May Withdrawal Agreement was ‘unlawful’ using the same reasoning, the signing of Treaty of Accession in 1972 by the then Prime Minister Edward Heath was ‘unlawful’.
The first two are perhaps relatively easy to explain and for people to understand, but the third is obviously more complex. If a legal challenge was brought on the basis of the third point, it would be necessary to present evidence that Ted Heath and his government knew what the implications were when the Treaty of Accession was signed. It is becoming more widely accepted that Heath knew our sovereignty would be eroded. Many people have written about this over the years.
The current court proceedings being instigated by Robin Tilbrook against the Government, in that that the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has left the European Union as of the 29th March 2019 after the expiry of its two year Notice to Leave dated 29th March 2017 has been deemed ‘without merit’ by the UK judicial establishment, whereas the Gina Miller fraternity ‘enjoy’ a ‘fast track’ route through the UK judiciary.
Statements by Sir Bill Cash MP in the House of Commons and to the media about the potential of further legal proceedings against the Government (and potentially others within Whitehall) in respect to the collusion to totally disregard our UK Democratic principles and practices do not appear to have progressed beyond his statement in the House of Commons many months ago. The UK Referendum of 23rd June 2016 was lawful and completely Democratic and it is apparent that most of the Political Establishment within Whitehall, aided and abetted by elements within the mainstream media are working as one to ignore and attempt to overturn the Democratic will of the UK People. It would be far more Democratic if the will of the UK people was upheld and acted upon by the ‘Whitehall fraternity’ to support a full, unconditional withdrawal from the entire EU apparatus.
I conclude by stating the ‘obvious’ in that whatever happens with regards to Brexit, the trust of UK people in both Houses of Parliament has been severely tested and eroded to the degree that our Democratic institutions will be subject to rightful intense criticism, investigation and potential major overall as a result of the atrocious conduct of far too many incumbents within both Houses of Parliament and within the senior levels of the Civil Service departments. All Members of both Houses of Parliament and senior levels of the Civil Service should be subject to this rightful scrutiny and legal charges should be raised because the conduct of all within UK Political establishment is a matter of public record and therefore there is ample evidence for charges and subsequent prosecution.
Two well known phrases that are very pertinent to the current upheaval created by both Houses of Parliament, ‘The Cat is out of the Bag’ and ‘Pandora’s Box’ is now firmly open.
