The former son-in-law of Norway’s king, has died aged 47. Ari Behn accused actor Kevin Spacey of Sexual Assault and is now the second accuser of Spacey to have died.
Behn, the author of several novels and plays, married Princess Martha Louise in 2002 but the couple divorced two years ago.
His spokesman told Norway’s NTB agency that Behn had taken his own life.
In a statement, Norway’s king and queen said he had been “an important part of our family for many years and we carry warm and good memories of him with us”.
At the time of their wedding, Denmark-born Behn was seen as a controversial partner for Princess Martha Louise, the only daughter and eldest child of King Harald and Queen Sonja.
In December 2017, Behn accused the disgraced Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey of groping him after a Nobel Peace Prize concert. He said the actor had reached under a table and inappropriately touched him. Spacey did not respond to the allegation, one of many made at the same time.
King Harald and Queen Sonja said of Behn in their statement: “We are grateful that we got to know him. We grieve that our grandchildren have now lost their beloved father.”

This comes after last year it was confirmed Kevin Spacey will not be charged with sexual assault after the man who accused him died unexpectedly.
The decision was announced by the LA County District Attorney’s. The accuser was an anonymous masseur who claimed Spacey forced him to touch his genitals during a session at the Oscar-winner’s home in Malibu, California, in October 2016.
A spokesperson for the DA said: “The sexual assault allegations cannot be proven without participation of the victim. Thus, the case was declined.”
In July, a criminal case investigating allegations that Spacey groped an 18-year-old man at a bar in Nantucket in 2016 was dropped.
The previous year, LA prosecutors also declined to file charges against Spacey over an alleged incident in 1992, because it was beyond the statute of limitations.
Police in London are currently investigating allegations of sexual misconduct against Spacey. Numerous other investigations are taking place and Spacey has since come out as a Homosexual saying that for many decades he was living a lie.
The Daily Mail had photographers staking out a Baltimore luxury home where Spacey was reportedly holed up when the actor delivered a medium cheese pizza from Domino’s.
“I know you’re just doing your job. Keep warm and have a happy new year.”
And he was wearing a hat that said “Retired since 2017”.
Prince Andrew said during his much derided interview that he could not have slept with his accuser Virginia Roberts as he was ‘out for Pizza’. Likewise during the 2016 Presidential Election Hilary Clinton’s campaign manager John Podesta referred to ‘pizza’ in his e-mails that then led to ‘pizzagate’.
‘Pizza’ is seen as a euphemism for underage children but there is no evidence to suggest that any of these comments or individuals are linked but many have speculated on social media about the frequent use of the word.
