Metropolitan police have launched an investigation following a fatal shooting in the North London Borough of Haringey.
Officers confirmed they found one man, believed to be in his 20s, suffering from gunshot wounds on Wiltshire Gardens shortly after 22.20 BST on Monday.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination and formal identification will be arranged in due course.
No arrests have yet been made and Cordons remain in place at the scene, where forensic examinations are taking place. No arrests have been made in relation to the incident.
Enquiries are underway to trace and inform the man’s next of kin.
Metropolitan Detectives have launched an urgent investigation and at this early stage are establishing the full circumstances.
