Footage that has emerged on social media appears to show Officers from the Metropolitan Police being confronted by a gang and a member of this group shooting police with fireworks.
The footage posted to various social media websites shows a group of police officers standing back from a group of youths, one of these youths then proceeds to light a firework and aim it directly at Officers.

The Officers can be seen being hit with a shower of colours as the firework exploded around them, the group of youngsters the runoff laughing.
Users on social media took to the comment sections of the videos to air their views on the attack, Notadoomster wrote: “And yet the police would protect this lot the next day on a blm march. Shows our police “service” is completely twisted!”
Another Twitter user by the name of RJM wrote: “This is what happens when Police take a knee, dance at pride events and drive around in rainbow cars. Lack of respect, lack of fear of arrest and lack of fear of justice system.”
