Detectives are appealing to trace a man wanted for robbery in Chessington.
Thomas Ryan, 29, from Epsom, is wanted in connection with the robbery of a woman on Saturday, 9 May.
Police were called to Sanger Avenue at 21:50hrs after a woman, aged in her late teens, was aggressively robbed of her phone and handbag while she was walking home.
She was left with minor injuries and feeling extremely scared and shaken.
Offices investigating the incident are appealing for the public’s help to locate Ryan.
Ryan is known to frequent in the Croft area of Chessington and West Ewell.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting CAD 9607/9 MAY or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.
No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
