By Simon Elmer:
To counter the influence of the Muslim Council of Britain and other Islamists in UK politics and civil society, I propose the formation of an English Council of Britain that will represent the English people, because our government, parliament, municipal authorities and local councils very evidently do not. The purpose and tasks of this English Council would include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. To protect English children on their journey both to and from their schools and while attending them from bullying and physical assault by immigrants and the children of immigrants, and to hold teachers, schools and councils accountable for failing to do so.
2. To protect English women and girls from sexual harassment, assault and rape in town centres, municipal parks and other preying grounds of immigrants and the children of immigrants, particularly after dark, and to hold the local councils and police forces accountable for failing to do so.
3. To protect English girls in towns and cities in which there is a large Muslim population from being drugged, groomed, trafficked, raped, tortured and murdered by gangs of Muslim and foreign men, and to hold the local councils and police forces accountable for failing to do so.
4. To protect English children from being groomed, indoctrinated, medically damaged and surgically mutilated by schools, universities, medical clinics, churches and other institutions indoctrinating them into the dogma of ‘Trans’, and to hold those institutions and the local police forces accountable for failing to do so.
5. To lobby for the arrest of any doctor who medically mutilates an English child or places them on a course of so-called ‘puberty blockers’, of any teacher or medical professional who tells an English child in their care that they are ‘born in the wrong body’, and of any politician, councillor or activist who attempts to indoctrinate English children or youth with ‘Trans’ dogma, thereby endangering their physical and psychological development and health.
6. To protect young English people from being indoctrinated into membership of grooming organisations like Extinction Rebellion, Just Stop Oil and other promoters of environmental fundamentalism, and to have such organisations illegalised and the dissemination of their campaigns of psychological fear against young English people criminalised under UK law.
7. To ban the use of smartphones in English schools, to revise school, college and university curricula so that they do not include their use, and to lobby for mandatory education for teachers and children and voluntary education for parents into the dangers of smartphone addiction.
8. To protect English people travelling on British Rail, the London Underground and other public transport networks in England from racist abuse and physical assault by immigrants and the children of immigrants, and to hold the British Transport Police and relevant municipal authorities accountable for failing to do so.
9. To ban the blocking of public highways by praying Muslims, environmental fundamentalists and other activists illegally interfering with the English people moving freely about their country, and to hold the relevant police forces, councils and municipal authorities accountable for failing to uphold the Highways Act 1980.
10. To lobby Members of Parliament of all parties to repeal existing legislation and to vote against new legislation that interferes with our freedom of speech, conscience and beliefs, including our rights, under international law, to oppose and resist the colonisation of England and the demographic replacement of the English people by immigrants.
11. To audit the meetings and public statements made by representatives of the Muslim Council of Britain and its constituent bodies, to report those making statements in violation of UK law to the relevant councils, MPs and police forces, and to hold them accountable for not doing so themselves.
12. To conduct a public inquiry into the Qur’an, to establish whether its contents contain incitements of violence against the English people, particularly those of the Christian faith and of atheists, and, if it does, to lobby to have it banned from sale, possession and circulation in the UK as a manual of terrorism and incitement to racial and religious hatred and violence.
13. To research and report the connections of all Muslim Councillors, Mayors and Members of Parliaments to Islamist organisations, to make those connections known to English voters, and to encourage the latter to vote for political representatives who will represent the views of the English people.
14. To stop the promotion of the ideology of Islam in school curricula, the entertainment industry, cultural institutions, media and advertisements in England, and to replace it with a programme of public education into Islam’s history of conquest, the mistreatment and oppression of women, and the removal of the rights and freedoms of citizens in Islamic states.
15. To educate English children in the history of our country and culture, both our achievements and our failings, without reducing that history to accusations of ‘racism’, and to protect our children from the racist accusation of ‘White privilege’ designed to inhibit their intellectual and cultural development.
16. To stop the arrest of English people for holding or displaying the English flag of St. George, or indeed the Union Jack of the United Kingdom, on the grounds that it offends someone else, or that it is a public order offence corroborated by the violence and intolerance of those opposed to such displays, and to hold English police forces accountable for not upholding our right to a national flag.
17. To compel any Councillor, Mayor or Member of Parliament who describes the display of the flag of England or the Union Jack as ‘far-Right’, or associates it with racism, extremism, football hooliganism, terrorism, etc., to undergo a course of self-awareness in anti-Englishness, racism and other aspects of woke indoctrination, and only to be allowed to resume their office on successful completion of such a course.
18. To ban anyone who accuses the English people as a whole of being racist, or England of being an institutionally racist country, or who complains that there are too many White people in positions of public service in England or Great Britain, from holding any public office in the UK in perpetuity.
19. To provide legal advice and representation to English people falsely arrested by UK police forces for so-called ‘non-criminal’ hate incidents that are in violation of our freedom of speech, conscience and belief, and to audit and contest the trials and excessive sentences handed down by politicised courts, magistrates and judges enacting Ministerial prejudices against the English people rather than UK law.
20. To audit and, when necessary, lobby for the retrial of immigrants and the children of immigrants granted lenient sentences or lack of sentences for violent crimes against English people, including stabbings, rape and murder, and to lobby for them to be deported back to their native countries rather than be held in UK prisons at a cost of over £50,000/year to the English taxpayer.
21. To identify and protect the shores and beaches of England from invasion by the hundreds of thousands of fighting-age men from foreign countries arriving here illegally, and to hold BRLI Lifeguards, the Royal Navy, the British Army and the relevant councils and police forces accountable for failing to do so.
22. To cease all financial aid to foreign countries paid with the taxes of the English people, and to spend that money where it belongs: on improving public services and amenities for the English people, including education and job training for our children, the housing of and child support for our families, and care for our elderly.
23. To stop investment in the housing, education, job training, medical care and support for legal immigrants and their families who have never made a tax contribution to the GDP of the UK and who, because of their lack of skills and large families of unemployed parents and children, are a financial burden on an already impoverished English population.
24. To remove unemployment, child, disability and housing benefits, access to social housing and free medical treatment by the National Health Service for all immigrants and their families, and to use the tens of billions of pounds this will save every year to invest, instead, in the welfare of the English people whose taxes pay for these public services.
25. To lobby to revoke the Human Rights Act 1998 and other legislation placing the burden on the UK state to prove that immigrants entering the UK illegally are not refugees, and instead to place the burden of proof that they are refugees on them, and that it is to be met by them before being allowed to enter the UK and seek asylum.
26. To cease all financial aid to the terrorist maidan regime in the Ukraine, to withdraw from the warmongering NATO alliance, to withdraw the threat of war with Russia, and to spend the billions of pounds this will save the English taxpayer on safeguarding the security and prosperity of the English people.
27. To promote the accurate and proportional representation of English people in our entertainment industries, cultural institutions and marketing campaigns, to stop the promotion of mixed-race couples by these as either a norm or aspirational, and to stop the depiction of the English working class as sexual predators, drunks and racists unworthy of having their own history, culture and country.
28. To stop the funding, publication and circulation of revisionist accounts of English, British and European history that are writing Europeans out of our own past and replacing us with fabricated, inaccurate and colonialist accounts of Black English queens, Muslim Vikings, Irish mongrels and other inventions of the ideology of woke.
29. To increase the deliberately depressed birth rates of the English working class through investment in council housing, education, apprenticeships, job training, work programmes and small businesses, and other ways to lift their standard of living sufficient to be able to have two and more children per family.
30. To illegalise the advertisement or appointment of a job or position in England on the basis of the skin colour, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality or so-called ‘minority’ status of the applicant, and to prosecute those who do so for discrimination.
31. To illegalise the enforcement of so-called ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity’ training, unconscious bias and other racist and discriminatory dogma of woke as a condition of being employed or remaining in employment in England, and the prosecution of any employer enforcing such programmes on their employees.
32. To stop the arrest of English persons for expressing views common to and shared by the English people on the grounds that it may offend immigrants and the children of immigrants holding views and opinions antithetical and hostile to English mores, behaviours, beliefs, attitudes, habits, practices, rights and freedoms.
33. To compel the UK’s police forces to start treating immigrants and particularly Muslims in England according to UK law, and to stop communicating with them through so-called ‘community elders’ and Muslim councils, and therefore as a people apart from and placed above the English people and UK law.
34. To ban the playing of the Islamic ‘Call to Prayer’ in England under the Noise Act 1996; to ban the continued conversion of English churches into mosques; and to monitor the use of the existing 1,500 mosques in England as sites for the teaching and spread of racial and religious hatred against the English people, and in particular of attitudes towards English women injurious to their safety and freedoms and incompatible with UK law, and to hold the local council and police force accountable for failing to do so.
35. To ban the practice of so-called halal slaughter, which is in violation of the Welfare of Animals at the Time of Killing (England) Regulations 2015, to lobby to remove the exemption for the so-called ‘religious’ slaughter of animals by cruel and unnecessary means abhorrent to the English people and our empathy for the welfare of animals.
36. To ban the practice of wearing the burqa, the niqab, the chador, the khimar and the jilbab by women in England, and to extend this ban to the wearing of the hijab and dupatta by girls while attending English schools, as contrary to English, British and European Enlightenment values about the equality between the sexes, as an instrument of the oppression of girls and women under Sharia Law in Islamic States, and therefore as incompatible with the hard-won liberal societies of England, Britain and Europe.
37. To ban persons holding public office in England from swearing into office on the Qur’an, which repeatedly commands Muslims to fight, wage war against and kill anyone who does not obey its dictates, and is therefore incompatible with the security and safety of the English people and UK law.
38. To lobby to revoke the definition, published by the UK’s National Counter Terrorism Security Office and Prevent UK, of ‘cultural nationalism’, the rejection of the wearing of burqas and Sharia Law, opposition to mass migration into the UK, or fears for the continuation of Western culture and the English people, and the wish to see immigrants repatriated, as forms of ‘Extreme Right-wing Terrorism’.
39. To cease all funding for the housing of illegal immigrants in hotels in England, to arrest and detain all those immigrants for breaking UK law, to return these criminals to the countries from which they have come, to recover the cost of doing so from those countries, to return the hotels to their proper use for the English people and tourists, and to use the billions of pounds per year that will save to reduce the tax burden on the English people mass immigration has already cost us.
40. To form a national militia in each town and borough of England to protect the English people from the hundreds of thousands of fighting-age men from overwhelmingly Muslim countries that have invaded the UK illegally and yet have been housed in camps across England, to keep those camps under surveillance, to report on the behaviour and stop the crimes of their inhabitants against the English people, and to hold our security services and police forces accountable for failing to do so.
41. To organise a national strike against the current UK Government and, through strikers marching on Westminster and remaining there in protest until these demands are met, to compel Parliament into a vote of no confidence in the leadership of the country by a Prime Minister and Cabinet whose policies and actions endanger the security, prosperity and sovereignty of the UK and its people.
42. To stop all immigration to the UK, to organise the remigration of the 95% of the 9 million low-skilled immigrants and their dependents who have entered and remain in the UK since 2015 and who, according to the Office for Budget Responsibility, are a burden on the English taxpayer that will increase our national debt to 350 percent of GDP by 2070. and to deport the 150,000-plus immigrants who have entered the UK illegally since 2018 and the undisclosed number who came here earlier
43. To inform the English people that there are 57 countries today in which Muslims make up the majority of the national population, and that with a collective population of 2 billion, Muslims make up 24.1 percent of the global population; that there is, in contrast, only 1 country in which the English are a majority, and that the British, with less than 55 million people living in the UK and abroad, make up just 0.67% of the global population; and that, therefore, fearing for the survival of the English people, the continuation of our culture and defence of our sovereignty is not ‘extreme Right-wing terrorism’ but a concern held by an overwhelming majority of the English people.
44. To draw the attention of the English people to the necessity of forming The English Council of Great Britain, and therefore of the extent to which the UK government and state apparatus are not only failing to protect us but actively working against the interests and freedoms of the English people.
