In an extraordinary move the BBC has BANNED people from cancelling their TV Licences during the Coronavirus crisis as you can see below from their website:

This is beyond a joke now with the BBC, people are literally losing their lives, jobs and homes and the BBC are banning you from cancelling? We understand many organisations face manpower shortages but to prevent people from doing this as they struggle with every penny is surely against the law?
We suggest people contact their MPs about this disgraceful abuse of power immediately and of you are struggling with a direct debit cancel immediately.
We haven’t heard of any salary cuts to the big wigs yet as millions are set to be unemployed. What a truly disgusting organisation the BBC really is!
