Veterans were out again in force over the continued betrayal of British Troops who performed so bravely in Northern Ireland. Soldiers such as Dennis Hutchings, Soldier F and more face trial for ‘offences’ decades ago whilst IRA terrorists get off scot-free and live the easy life.
The veterans of this country are not prepared to accept this and they have been rallying round with demonstrations up and down the UK. Today they were in London and Gary, a former soldier and volunteer went along and captured some amazing footage that has gone viral on Facebook & Twitter. He said of the day:
Protesters with the Rolling Thunder Veterans bike Group started arriving around 10:45 with-in 30 mins of the first arrivals the full parliament square had motorcycles around it, encircling the entire square.Within an hour the numbers had built to what is seen in the pictures, this was highly organised and precise, ultimately it was run with good old military precision.The veterans that ran with this should be proud with the achievement and it was a proud day for veterans everywhere. Very positive atmosphere and delivering a very powerful message.
