We have been reporting on the bombshell courtcase that the UK may have in fact left the EU on Friday the 29th of March and a grassroots crowdfunded legal campaign to that effect has raised in excess of £30,000.
The case is being brought by Robin Tillbrook of The English Democrats and well known activist Graham Moore.
Mr Tilbrook has just tweeted the following which shows the case is now with the High Court and they are awaiting a hearing date:
Mr Moore also did a livestream earlier where he proclaimed his confidence that the case will be won and slammed the mainstream media for their non existent coverage of the issue. He proudly proclaimed that “In the constitution lies the key to our victory” invoking the principles of Common Law and Magna Carta.
