We have received an indication from Mr. Robin Tilbrook, Chairman of The English Democrats, as to the next stage in the landmark legal ruling that is arguing the extension of Article 50 was illegal and we have in fact LEFT the European Union on the 29th of March.
Mr Tilbrook had initially responded publicly by saying:

It looks like we have received the usual Government Legal Department’s SOP “Grounds of Resistance” loosely translated as FOAD! (Just like they did to Gina Miller before she beat them at every court hearing!). We shall do a Reply and press the court for the earliest date for a Hearing!
We are now able to reveal that in the official legal response from the Tilbrook Team it questions the UK Government’s attempts to not allow this case to go to court by indicating that a retired High Lord Justice had argued that the case should be listened to along with other legal precedents.
It also argues against the Government’s attempts to say that the case is merely political posturing is without any basis in fact and that this case is extremely important to the public interest. There is also a great deal of reference to the precedent set by the Gina Miller case implying that this case must be heard. It questions the way in which Parliament has gone ahead with this extension and where they feel it has fallen down in relation to UK law.
We will release full details when we are able to but it appears that Mr Tilbrook and his legal team, who many regard as acting on behalf of the British People, are not prepared to sit back and allow the Government to kick this into the long grass without a proper court case and they are hopeful that not only will a court case be allowed but they will be victorious in this case.
