Exclusive poll: the top 50 freedom fighters against the covid regime

A silver lining in the dark cloud that descended on over two years ago is the coming together of like-minded people, from all walks of life, who have refused to follow the official covid narrative. Left or right of the political spectrum, old or young, male or female and of whatever ethnicity, we have found a shared spirit of humanity, as past loyalties and boundaries have changed, perhaps forever. The establishment tactics of divide and rule no longer work with us. 

The current lull in covid hysteria is a good time to reflect on the last two years, and to celebrate the men and women who have contributed to the resistance at a national level. 

I conducted a survey on the most influential freedom fighters and sceptics in the UK. An annotated list of 80 names was sent to respondents, to guide them in choosing their top ten. Respondents were encouraged to nominate from beyond this list if they wished, and many did so. 

Twenty-three people from local groups in Bexhill-on-Sea, Burgess Hill, Carshalton and Milton Keynes sent their selections. Scores were calculated from ten points to one, in order of ranking. From the total scores for each nominee, a top fifty was generated. Obviously the results should not be seen as definitive or as disrespectful to anyone not selected: this is merely the opinion of a small sample, which I cannot claim to be representative. 

Here is the top fifty, in reverse order: – 

50. Kate Shemirani – ‘natural nurse’ who came to the fore as photogenic compere of Trafalgar Square rallies and anti-vaccine activist, for her sins arrested and charged, and ejected from the nursing register 

49. Right Said Fred – chart-topping1980s duo who suddenly became relevant again, with their humorous barbs on Twitter, also a regular presence on marches

46. Kevin Corbett – retired nurse and HIV researcher who contributed to a damning scientific critique of the PCR test, and warned of ‘Nazification’ of the NHS

45. Tonia Buxton – television personality who stood her ground when outnumbered on television debates, saying that she would prefer prison to succumbing to covid tyranny

44. Jam for Freedom – the band playing in parks throughout lockdown, despite arrests and fines, arguing that music is vital for mental health

10. Mark Sexton – retired police officer who has reported government ministers to the police for malfeasance and crimes against humanity

9. Matt le Tissier – former Southampton and England footballer who has persistently questioned the covid regime

8. Louise Creffield – leader of Save Our Rights, fined £20000 for organising London rallies (classed as illegal gatherings)

2. Vernon Coleman – doctor and author, long-standing critic of Big Pharma, and a popular but heavily censure opponent of covid testing and vaccines

1. Piers Corbyn – the man who started the protest movement, aged 74, arrested more times than he can remember, prolific activist with catchphrase ‘resist, defy, do not comply’

Altogether there were 76 nominees, with the following narrowly missing a top fifty placing: Laura Perrins (co-editor of Conservative Woman, one of the first media figures to challenge lockdown), Peter Ebdon (2002 world snooker champion and the earliest covid critic from sport), Ian Brown (Stone Roses singer whose invective against lockdown put his rock peers to shame), Eric Clapton (guitar legend who committed heresy by divulging his vaccine injury), Danny Rampling (famous DJ who accused the government of destroying nightclubs), Adam Brooks (Essex publican and campaigner against vaccine passports), Lilith (paramedic and NHS100k activist), Will Jones (investigative reporter for Daily Sceptic), Willsy (Resistance GB livestreamer who exposed police brutality at covid protests), Christopher Chope, Tory MP who has raised concern about vaccine harm in parliament), Heiko Khoo (activist, arrested after following TSG riot police amplifying the Benny Hill Show theme tune), and Iain Davis (incisive UK Column writer).

Surprisingly, no votes were cast for Russell Brand, despite his massively popular YouTube show and his opposition to the covid regime and globalist coup. 

The top fifty is diverse and fairly balanced. Medicine is well represented, with four doctors (plus four clinical scientists); two lawyers were voted in, and only one politician. Musicians outnumber sportsmen by five to one. Of course, the results from ten local activists are not definitive and another sample could produce an entirely different outcome.  

Congratulations to Piers Corbyn, a deserved winner, who was clearly touched by the accolade when David Clews rang him during the live countdown on the UNN show on Friday night.  As Piers said, everyone who has stood up to covid tyranny deserves honour, including the legions who attend Stand in the Park, distributet leaflets in town centres (often facing hostility) and attend rallies. Well done, all of you.
