Sadiq Khan stands accused of presiding over a system of corporate greed that puts the need of big business first at the expense of the honest decent hard-working people of London. Leigh Jayne Miller and her Father have been subjected to disgusting treatment in a long running saga over the Gallions Point Marina in East London.
This is a part of London where many of the traditional British businesses and British People have been forced out to make way for foreign speculators. We asked Leigh-Jayne for the details of her story so far and below is the frank and upsetting tale of what her family has been through:
Our business, Gallions Point Marina Ltd, was illegally hijacked and evicted on the orders of the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.
Firstly, the ‘eviction’ was and is entirely ILLEGAL as the writ they used was not correct, it was also an eviction/ambush without notice. The company (Gallions Point Marina Ltd) has NO court orders against it whatsoever. We also have an active appeal lodged in the High Court so this action has broken every rule in the book. They effectively illegally closed the company down and moved themselves into OUR office which contains private paperwork etc and were asking my staff for the passwords to our computers.
My father has terminal cancer and was supposed to have a planning scan at Barts for the last few shots of radiotherapy which are to help with his immediate symptoms but are not any kind of cure, as they had informed us both on Monday (the day before this horrific attack by the Mayor of London) that they cannot help him and his care is now palliative only. Due to the events on Tuesday I was unable to attend with him & Dad of course missed his scan. His condition continues to deteriorate.
Although thankfully Dad was not there to witness it all, it was an ENORMOUS shock for him to be told what was happening over the phone & he is now in Barts with renal failure so it’s likely he will pass away imminently. The Bailiffs would not permit me to collect anything whatsoever, not even my purse/bank cards or anything. I was also denied my medication which I have relied on for the past 23 years which I’m medically advised not to stop abruptly as they are Opiates to treat my chronic Osteoarthritis.
Because I have no money & literally was thrown out of my business and home with only the clothes I stood up in I have not been able to visit Dad yet. I have only just managed to charge my phone. I am also unable to collect anything for Dad that he may need in hospital as my key for Dad’s house is at the marina & they would not let me pick up ANY of my personal belongings, not even a change of clothes or a toothbrush etc.
They also bruised my arm which is now turning a nice shade of purple, and was entirely unnecessary as I was not pushing against them at all. It’s just a bruise but so very over-the-top of them. The dogs and ‘stormtroopers’ were too. Apparently they have been threatening customers with the dogs since I was ejected and I have recorded telephone conversations with customers who explained how they’re being treated by these thugs.
Our business hijacked and our customers stolen and me made homeless in an illegal eviction without notice on the orders of the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan – a former human rights lawyer. Make of that what you will. This is pure corruption and a colossal abuse of power by the Mayor of London.
They’ve used images of our marina to flog their luxury apartments to foreign investors, which has added at least 25% to the value of the properties so all those bent baxxxrds involved are getting a backhander & can earn well out of it. These flats are sod all to do with helping the homeless (as Khan claims) they’re for the RICH! He’s a bloody liar!!!
And they even had the brazen cheek to use our name for the latest development!
Talk about rub salt into the wounds eh?
The London Evening Standard has also reported on this issue highlighting the historical importance of the Marina with it holding some of the ‘little ships’ used to evacuate our troops from Dunkirk.
Some 700 privately owned “Little Ships” helped rescue 338,000 UK and French troops trapped under fire on the beach at Dunkirk. Their small size allowed them to come close to shore. About 200 small craft were sunk.
Among the vessels at Gallions Point Marina is Lurline, a restored 103-year-old Little Ship. Miss Miller, of Chingford, said: “Things like that are very important to preserve. It’s our heritage. I’ll fight the GLA and Mayor. It’s a David and Goliath story but sometimes the little guys can win. Even if the judge tells us to get out, I’m not leaving.”
A spokesman for the Mayor said: “The redevelopment of Albert Island forms a key part of the regeneration of the Royal Docks, creating an international business district and supporting local jobs and growth. There is an ongoing court process regarding the tenancy of one temporary occupant.”
We asked Leigh-Jayne for an update on what her current situation is and it remains particularly harrowing:
Staying with a friend for now. Nothing else I can do as Bailiffs on Khan’s orders would not allow me to collect my purse/I.D. so I’m effectively a non-person. My car is also at the marina so I’m unable to access it. Been impossible to visit my father in Barts Hospital with no cash/transport and I have Osteoarthritis of my spine and walking is difficult.

Once again this shows that Mayor of London Sadiq Khan who’s Labour Party ‘For the Many not the Few’ is a ruthless operator who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He has been accused in the past of being too close to terrorists and representing many with extremely dubious financial and international links.
As the Mayor of London he represents the capital of the United Kingdom and on Friday we are encouraging as many people to come along as possible between 10:00 and 13:00 while Mayor’s questions is on to say it loud and proud ‘Sadiq Khan it’s time for you to GO!’
