According to a YouTube stream by Graham Moore, AKA Daddy Dragon, the Judge has ruled in the appeal of the Robin Tilbrook Legal case and upheld the initial judges verdict that the case was totally without merit as seen below:
Mr Moore is intimately involved with the case and we have no reason to doubt the veracity of his claims.
In a recent e-mail Mr Tilbrook has intimated that he is seeking funds for another legal case to ensure Brexit is delivered but many on social media have questioned the necessity of this after this case was completely thrown out by the judiciary. Some on social media have also questioned how the around £200,000 in crowdfunded monies has been spent on the legal case while others have been effusive in their praise of Mr Tilbrook for bringing the case.
Update: Mr Tilbrok has now confirmed on Twitter that this is the case:
1/ It seems that our Application for Permission to Appeal has been dismissed by Lord Justice Hickinbottom (the former Senior Liaison Judge for Diversity) who claimed that it is "Totally Without Merit" (even though Mr Justice Spencer got the previous Order so obviously wrong!)

Analysis by David Clews:
This is extremely disappointing news for the many brexiteers who had invested both emotionally and financially in this case of which we count ourselves. It has always been my opinion that the way in which Article 50 was extended should have been challenged in a court of law but it is disappointing it has not seen the light of a courtroom.
As I have voiced on previous occasions I believe it was a tactical error bringing this case in the name of The English Democrats which made into a far more political case than if it had been done in the name of Mr Tilbrook or a group of concerned citizens. I firmly believe that Mr Tilbrook has raised this case with no nefarious aims but in the interests of fairness and accountability we ask that he publishes a full note of sums raised and that spent on this case in order to dispel many of the rumours circulating on social media.
We also commend Mr Tilbrook and the others involved in this case for bringing the case to light and trying to hold the Government to account but we have no overall confidence around the impartiality of the Judiciary.
