WHY IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO SIGN THE PARLIAMENTARY PETITION ON THIS IMPORTANT ISSUE !
In any foreign affairs decision, the British government should always have the interests of the British people as their number one priority.
It is a real struggle to ascertain which British interest was served by their decision to involve the UK in a foreign proxy war in Ukraine.
The reason for this is because no British interest was served by such involvement.
In fact the very opposite is the case, as time has shown.
At the time this first started, the UK had no defence treaty with Ukraine and did it have any other treaties of any significance with that country.
It seems that the conflict came at a convenient time for Boris Johnson, Prime Minister, and appeared to be used by him as a distraction from his “Partygate” woes.
Suddenly, the British public were told that the Ukraine had been invaded by “the brutal Russian aggressors,” and that a democratic country was under attack.
The truth was far from what the government told the public, and any study of the history of Ukraine, both prior to its splitting from the old Soviet Union in 1991, and since then, reveals a totally different picture.
Sadly, the old mainstream media have put across a narrative in the same way that they did over the two year covid-19 period, and they are masters of the arts of deception.
The government’s decision to involve the UK in the Ukraine should have examined the consequences for Britain and the British public of such involvement.
The decision was either one of two things:
It was totally reckless and did bother assessing the consequences- in which case this government does not deserve the privilege of running the country.
Or
It did examine the consequences, did know how damaging they would be, but did not care if the British public suffered through this policy- in which case the government also does not deserve to run the country.
The situation has now reached the stage where the cat can longer be held in the bag- the truth has to come out, and the consequences of the government’s policies on Ukraine and Russia can no longer be hidden.
So now the government is blaming the fuel and fuel crisis not on themselves, but on Russia !
This convenient blaming of Russia and scapegoating them for the appalling decisions of the UK government, is something they can only get away with for a limited time.
Eventually, even with the support of most of the old mainstream media and most the “Opposition” parties, the truth will out, the same as is happening with the covid-19 mismanagement and deception.
What should have happened with the decision to involve the UK in Ukraine, was that the government should have called a major Parliamentary debate so that all the merits and demerits of their decision could have been subject to full scrutiny and votes.
Better still, as this was not a General Election issue, this should have been put to a nationwide UK referendum.

It is clear that fuel, all energy , food and numerous other prices have risen enormously and will continue to rise.
Inflation is getting out of control, the economy is in trouble and we have a huge national debt.
All the government can try to do is to mitigate the consequences for the public but their efforts continue to be and will always be totally inadequate.
There is only one significant decision the government can make to resolve the problem, and that is to change their Ukraine/Russian policies.
This means becoming neutral on this issue and changing from being an aggressive warmonger to a harmonious peacemaker.
It means ending all sanctions against Russia and negotiating energy and food deal with them.
It means helping ensure that Ukrainian and Russian energy , food and raw materials are able to reach the world’s market, especially the desperate poorer nations.
Once the government makes this well overdue change in policies, all our price rises will start to be reversed, so this would all be in the interests of the British public.
What would also be in the interests of the British public would be ending of arms supplies to the current Ukraine government.
So far the British government have spent over £1.5 billion of taxpayers money on this warmongering, money which is sorely needed in so many other areas, where the public are told there is no money available for them.
It is not in the interests of Ukrainian people to be bogged down in a long war which they cannot win against Russia.
Many are against this conflict but are not allowed to say so by their government who have shut down and jailed those who oppose them.
Men are forced to fight because of their compulsory national service.
It is a fact that the Zelensky government has been intransigent and has suffered the consequences of losing over 20% of their territory.
This apparent disregard for the casualties caused to thousands of their Armed Forces and damage inflicted on some towns and cities, seems to show more sympathy for the globalists who have interests in Ukraine, than to their own people.
It is only because of the stoking up of the conflict by the USA, UK, the EU and a number of NATO countries, that this conflict did not finish weeks ago as a result of diplomatic agreement.
Now the UK needs to set an example and signing this petition will help speed up the process.
It is part of the untruths the public are fed that sanctions against Russia are succeeding- they are not- but they are rebounding on British citizens- as everyone has borne witness to.
Most of the world’s nations- 7 eighths of the globe’s population – are not sanctioning Russia- so the UK is in a minority of nations who not surprisingly are suffering more than most.
Russia’s actions against Ukraine is not a threat to the UK and Russia is not a threat to UK security.
Russia is a democratic country, primarily Christian, but multi-faith.
We should not be driving Russia closer to communist China, but that is exactly what current policies are doing.
As such it should not be considered as an enemy but as an ally to combat the global threat of Islamist fundamentalists.
We have good relations with Ukraine and can contribute to peace and harmony between those countries in the future.
We should not tolerate the assailment on our living standards by our own government !
