Controversial BBC Match of the Day licence fee funded political activist Gary Lineker has caused uproar on Twitter with his latest tweets concerning Nigel Farage and The Brexit Party.
Lineker is paid upwards of £1.75 million per annum of licence fee cash and also has a number of additional contracts with Walker’s crisps, BT and others with many questioning his motives.
In his latest tweet Lineker describes Mr Farage as ‘devious, dangerous and dishonest’
This on the same day that he retweeted a disgraceful remark from fellow BBC presenter Richard Bacon. Bacon shot to fame as a Blue Peter presenter who was sacked after using Cocaine and bragging about it:
Should publicly funded broadcasters be allowed to display such partisan messages whereby Lineker is stating that Anne Widdecombe talks ‘rabid paranoid bullshit’?
