In a series of tweets Kay Burley has got into a massive war of words with respected Labour MP Kate Hoey. Kate is a strong supporter of a WTO Brexit and has frequently called out what she perceives to be MSM bias.
Looking at the series of tweets from the bottom up Kate Hoey called out the BBC saying that while abroad she watched BBC World and was surprised how biased that it was.
Burley then jumped into to defence for the BBC saying that the BBC are ‘fair, balanced professionals’
The majority of comments in the thread as you can see below are hardly supportive of either Burley or the BBC:
She then got into a fight with respected author Martin Knight and labelled him ‘mate’ and responded in a derogatory manner.
This comes as questions continue around both the BBC and Sky’s coverage of the Brexit situation with many accusing them of favouring remain and being disparaging towards the notion of a WTO Brexit.
The BBC are also coming under fire for saying that over 75s will be now forced to pay for their TVs with many being left in tears as a result. Over 1,000,000 of these are veterans and it has been calculated that over 11,000 pensioners alone will be needed to pay Gary Lineker’s bloated £1.75 million salary.
