The Twitter account of Brexit Direct Action is seeing incredible levels of engagement and one of the users has responded to the call by saying: “Time to get off our arses! & do what our fathers & grandfathers & all previous generations of democratic British citizens did when their democracy was threatened. #LawfulRebellion, After all, we voted for #Brexit & unless #LeaveEU is delivered our democracy is dead.”
This comes as Speaker John Bercow has ruled out another vote on her meaningful deal and has been tasked by Parliament to go to Brussels and ask for an extension to Article 50. Things are still extremely fluid with mass demonstrations also planned for London on the 29th of March.
