Now the NHS goes Net Zero!

The Net Zero agenda has swiftly penetrated the NHS, the inaccessible health service now being welded to climate action and ongoing Covid-19 interventions to form an ideological triumvirate of duplicity designed to crack our collective psyche and eventually instil total obedience to the State.

A recent press release from the Department of Health and Social Care announced the commitment of all UK health services to ‘become net zero and build climate resilience through the COP26 Health Programme’, as health systems alone are purported preposterously to be responsible for ‘five per cent of global emissions.’ Surely if there is a dimension to life worthy of a few emissions it is the preservation of life?

Chief Government propagandist of late, the Health Secretary, had this to say: ‘As a health community, we cannot simply sit on the sidelines – we must respond to climate change through urgent action’. 

Once again, by fixating solely on some utopic vision of the future Javid refuses to address the current dire state of the NHS, which at this very moment is sat on the sidelines of the only thing it was ever designed to protect: the nation’s health. How can it possibly now attempt to tackle climate change when it can’t even process its own almost six million-deep backlog of patients?

Mr Health Secretary, all I hear from you is this:

‘Democracy is too decadent and weak to combat the myriad threats to humanity we continue to face, and therefore it can have no place in the post-Covid International Order. If models show that the decades to come shall be characterised by one public emergency after another, then in accordance Government must continue to act as if having been granted permanent emergency powers over its citizens. (Disclaimer: all emergencies shall be of the State’s own invention. Brace yourselves.)’

Using initial Government investment of over £280 million, the DHSC hope to create a ‘zero-emission fleet, with the world’s first zero-emission ambulance capable of travelling 300 miles before being charged’, and a plethora of additional ‘climate-smart healthcare’, alongside the construction of 48 new low-carbon hospitals by 2030, built to new ‘net zero healthcare building standards.’

Mr Health Secretary, what exactly are you proposing climate-smart healthcare looks like in this public-health-emergency epoch of yours: wind-powered chemotherapy? Carbon-free radiography? Compostable hips? Solar-powered defibrillators? Wicker spinal braces? I already don’t rate my chances of receiving prompt critical treatment from a healthcare system whose own spine has been removed under cover of the current fake crisis, let alone in several years time when ambulances shall be horse-drawn and more money shall be spent on attempting to maintain lawns on hospital roofs than in increasing bed capacity.

I do wish for all our sakes that just for once Javid, if only even for a second, you would re-join the real world, where your endorsement of Disney esque health objectives have utterly ruinous and heart-breaking consequences for those made of flesh, blood and morals, and not Westminster stone. 

The UK Health Security Agency have also joined the fray, as apparently climate change is now ‘one of the most challenging health security threats we face’.

With a recent UKHSA blog post they mark the beginning of what shall no doubt be a regular feature of their modelling from now on, climate related death statistics: ‘In Summer 2020 we saw 2,556 all-cause excess deaths (excluding deaths from COVID-19) during episodes of heat.’ 

How are we to trust the same agency who are overtly fiddling vaccine statistics to conceal the product’s inefficacy, when they start spouting wildly spurious mortality data they now consider to be caused by the ‘extreme weather event’ that is a tame British summer?

Via the unremitting fear dribbling from the three-mouthed mutant that is the UKHSA, DHSC and the NHS, autumn and winter have already been reclassified the death season. Not only does it now appear that summer shall likewise be tarred with the State’s mortality-brush, but the UKHSA are even openly admitting that they are already making the case for climate-based protective interventions such as ‘modifying their [the public’s] behaviour’. 

They then go on to discuss the increased risk of mosquito-borne viruses such as West Nile Virus, dengue, chikungunya and Zika emerging in the UK as temperatures rise, the increased risk of foodborne pathogens likewise as temperatures rise, on top of the threat of air pollution.

It all sounds rather comically hare-brained, yet the lunatic union of healthcare, climate change and a virus designed, released and then politicised, shall have a devastating impact on personal freedoms, in spite of how asinine their combined ideology appears. Covid-19 has already proven just how much self-determination one campaign alone can crush under its boot, and that boot now has spikes.

The DHSC are already telling the nation to open their windows every ten minutes this winter to let out the ‘Covid smoke’ they say builds up as guests talk. This would likewise be laughable were it not for the fact that millions will indeed actually follow this advice with the same nauseating patriotism they do face covering guidance. They will be the same people who keep all their windows closed this summer for fear of being suffocated by local air pollution, or contracting malaria.

This country has become an interventionist circus, with each act more ludicrous than the last. The problem is that it is Government the audience and we the clowns.
