The Great Reset/Agenda 2030 marches on apace – the “Covid-19 Plandemic” was merely Phase 1. Mainstream media and Behavioural scientists were used during this phase to “prepare the groundwork” manipulating/coercing the population into compliance/acceptance of Government diktat, via fear and control of perception – in readiness for what was to come.

During this time a mass harvesting operation took place, the collection of DNA via PCR tests – this is essential to enable the Internet of Bodies” to be hooked up to the smart grid, Read here and here but that will come in to play further down the line.
It is important to note at this stage just how easily the word “lockdown” slipped into our everyday conversation, almost as if it had always been a part of our lives, strange isn’t it?
Climate Change Lockdowns
Phase 2 will take place under the guise of another created crisis “aka Climate Change” – Net Zero/The Green New Deal” this will be introduced at local level – Local Councils, under direction from the Government, are fully signed up to the Net Zero 2030 Policy.
Climate lockdowns will be disguised as “15 Minute Cities” [aka Smart Cities]. 15-minute cities are coming soon to a location near you. They are a brainchild of the UNs Agenda 2030 and once combined with a digital ID, a carbon credit score and a programmable central bank digital currency (CBDC) token, you’ve got the perfect recipe for creating a “digital open-air prison”.

It is important to note that during “convid lockdowns” our borders remained wide open to those arriving illegally by the boatload to our shores. I am pretty certain this will continue – “Open Borders/Lockdown Cities”, does this make any sense?
Of course a very rosy picture will be presented to the public. Just remember how they sold lockdowns during Convid “only 2 weeks to flatten the curve”/stay home save the NHS – mission creep is never far away. The 15 minute/smart city agenda is, I believe, all about control and extortion.
Canterbury/Oxford – Digital Checkpoint Cities
These 2 Cities (both University Cities) appear to be in the crosshairs of this freedom removing, punitive policy.

In Canterbury’s ‘Local Plan to 2045’, the council proposes splitting the City into 5 districts, with drivers unable to cross between districts by private car – even if they live there.
Those who break the rules will face fines (possibly the same as Oxford’s £70) enforced by number-plate recognition cameras and won’t be able to make simple journeys around the City.
These plans are part of the Net Zero 2030 agenda.
Under the plan described by Councillor Val Kenny (Labour): “The covid-19 crisis has torn a hole in city budgets decimating urban economies” and thus to build back better they recommended: That “all residents will live in 15 minute cities.”
[You see how problem/reaction solution works to further the globalists agenda?].
This UN/WEF policy clearly has cross-party support, as we see both the Labour and Conservative party forcefully pushing this through against their constituents wishes.
CANTERBURY – Ben Fitter-Harding Conservative

An advocate for sustainable development, is confident the major road network transformation will turn out well. He states:-
- For residents within the 5 zones, they can access the facilities within their neighbourhood by car if they need to. But if you want to travel to a different neighbourhood, the most convenient way to do that will be by walking, cycling or using public transport;
- It would likely be a frictionless system, so there would be cameras;
- We will fine people who decide “I’m planning to drive across the city, I don’t care”.
- If you drive between neighbourhoods you will receive a fine”.
OXFORD – Duncan Enright – Labour

Duncan Enright, Oxfordshire CC said the filters would turn Oxford into “a 15-minute city” with local services within a small walking radius.
People can drive freely around their own neighbourhood and can apply for a permit to drive through the filters, and into other neighbourhoods, for up to 100 days per year. This equates to an average of 2 days per week.
He insisted the controversial plans would move ahead whether people liked it or not. He told the Sunday Times: “It’s going to happen definitely”.
It was the same story in London. TfL consulted thousands of people who overwhelmingly said no to the ULEZ expansion. 60% of respondents opposed the expansion, but it’s going forward anyway.
Analysis
We appear to be living under “Democracy via Jackboot” – with Local Consultations being seen as nothing more than a tick box exercise (taxpayer funded of course) only to be totally ignored by “elected (?) stazi officers” – sorry Councillors.
[Whatever happened to the Localism Act?]
….”The Localism Act 2011 (c. 20) is an Act of Parliament that changes the powers of local government in England. The aim of the act is to facilitate the devolution of decision-making powers from central government control to individuals and communities.”
Oh yes and remember when I spoke earlier about mission creep guess what comes next if we allow this to happen?

Resist – defy – do not comply – mass non compliance is the only way to end this madness.

Alternative media is essential in these times of unprecedented censorship and mainstream bias, which has ramped up exponentially during the past 2 years. The overton window of “acceptable opinion” is growing every narrower.
Having a citizen’s log, cataloguing the twists and turns of life during these turbulent times is essential.
