Over the weekend the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) dropped a bombshell report on Coronavirus/COVID deaths.
CDC finds only 6% of Coronavirus Deaths are due solely from Covid-19 which meant of the approximately 165,000 “COVID” deaths in the US, only 9,683 died from COVID.
The rest – a vast majority – had on average 2.6 serious additional diseases (comorbidities), with the addition in most cases of extreme advanced age.”
Also included in the CDC’s death report is a breakdown by age. 79% of coronavirus deaths nationwide have been patients 65 years old and older. Only 357 deaths – or 0.2% have been individuals 0-24 years old.

The most common conditions listed included influenza and pneumonia (68,004 death cases), respiratory failure (54,803), hypertensive diseases (35,272), diabetes (25,936), cardiac arrest (20,210) and other conditions (77,990). Click here to download.
As you would expect this sparked a massive backlash both in mainstream media and upon social media platforms, with an immediate “correction” from the “fact checkers”.
Time to delve a bit deeper.

Did the CDC ‘admit’ that only 6% of COVID deaths were really caused by coronavirus? No, they did not.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that 94% of the nation’s coronavirus deaths were people with other health conditions, besides a positive Covid-19 infection, at their time of death.
Such data doesn’t come as a surprise to those in the health community, who know coronavirus cases are more severe for patients with underlying health conditions, and COVID-19 infections can lead to more dire conditions.
”The CDC’s data has been misused in recent days, resulting in misleading headlines and social media posts, including a tweet shared by President Donald Trump before Twitter removed it.
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading expert in infectious diseases, offered a clarification in response to the confusion.
The point that the CDC was trying to make was that a certain percentage of them had nothing else but just COVID,” Fauci said during an interview on ABC’s Good Morning America. “That does not mean someone with hypertension or diabetes, who dies of COVID, didn’t die of COVID-19 – they did. Henry Ford Hospital – Detroit
Dr. Jennifer Swiderek, medical director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, said the CDC report wasn’t a surprise because her hospital has seen similar numbers. The vast majority of patients who have died after being infected with COVID-19 had underlying conditions like heart disease, lung disease, or cancer, or had conditions caused by COVID like pneumonia or ARDS, she said.
What that 94% number means is that, as is well-known and well-reported by now, patients with underlying health conditions are more vulnerable to having a more severe case or dying.

The claims are wrong, and is the kind of thing that you can only conclude if you don’t know how death certificates work.
You see, death certificates list an immediate cause of death, and then they also allow the doctor to note underlying causes of death. Here is what the standard US certificate of death looks like, straight off the CDC website.
For example, a person may develop adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) as a complication of a COVID-19 infection. If they die of ARDS, that will be listed on the death certificate, with COVID-19 as the underlying cause.

Analysis
Dr Fauci claims that 180,000 Americans had died FROM Covid-19, and yet his Colleague on the Whitehouse Coronavirus Task Force, Dr Birx stated in a White House press Briefing “we have taken a very liberal approach to mortality anyone who tests positive for the virus and dies would be included in the coronavirus deaths – if someone dies WITH Covid we are counting that”.
CDC guidance issued in March reads Covid 19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused OR IS ASSUMED to have caused or contributed to death
There have been many doctors publicly stating they were being told to classify deaths without proof – the most high profile being Dr Scott Jensen who was subsequently subject to an investigation of his claim by the Board of Medical Practice. He has subsequently been exonerated of any wrong doing by the Board.
And then of course there were the cash incentives for cash strapped hospitals of $13,000 for marking a death as a Covid death and $39,000 if the patient was put on a ventilator.
The only thing I can conclude with any certainty is that the whole Covid-19 issue has been highly politicised from the very start due to the upcoming US Presidential Election and we can only hope and pray that a full independent investigation or grand jury trial is set in motion and the truth revealed to the world – we should expect nothing less.
