When you wrote, “None of us are protected until all of us are protected” this shows me how utterly brainwashed you have been by the mainstream narrative. I presume you are referring to the Covid-19 “vaccines” and believe that everyone needs them, including children. Perhaps it is time I told you a few home truths.SARS-CoV2 is not a novel coronavirus. It shares huge genetic similarity to the other six previously identified coronaviruses (including the original SARS), and four of which cause the common cold. The infection fatality rate (IFR) is 0.096% (influenza is 0.1% for comparison). This falls to 0.05% in those under 70 years old with no co-morbidities. In other words, for the vast majority of us, our innate immune system was more than enough to deal with this “novel” virus. The government kept quiet about the role of vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, quercetin and the necessity of regular sunshine exposure; they wanted us all locked up at home living in fear and terrified. They also suppressed known prophylactic treatments such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, letting sick patients unnecessarily die. Then of course we have the midazolam scandal. Why? Let’s be very clear:Lockdowns do not work. They do not save lives, they only cause massive suffering and economic damage. You support lockdowns (I have an email saved where you say “lockdowns work”) yet you ignore the damage to mental health, the increase in suicides, domestic violence, child abuse, missed education, social isolation, the destruction of small and medium sized businesses and a once healthy economy. £80 billion was wasted on furlough. £33 billion was wasted on Track and Trace. £37 billion was wasted on fraudulent loans that will never be paid back. Half a trillion of £GBP was printed, causing massive hyperinflation and a cost of living crisis which we see today.Masks don’t work. The World Health Organisation knew this, until they succumbed to political pressure in June 2020 to reverse “the science” and advise people to start wearing them; against 40+ years of quality research which showed otherwise. They actually work as a source of infection, and come with multiple harms such as hypoxia, hypercapnia, fibrosis of the lungs due to micro-plastic particle inhalation and a plethora of other health complications. They were brought in as a psychological control measure. This was openly admitted by Dr Gavin Morgan who sat on the government SPI-B SAGE committee.PCR tests cannot decipher active viral infection or viral load, yet billions of tax payers’ money was wasted on this, testing healthy asymptomatic individuals. Running cycle thresholds upwards of 30Ct were effectively meaningless, yet the NHS and PHE ran them upwards of 40-45Ct. At this level, 98% of positives will be false positives.Finally, and most importantly, the Covid-19 “vaccines” (actually experimental mRNA genetic therapeutics) do not work. They have negative efficacy, have injured hundreds of thousands and killed tens of thousands in the UK alone. The latest Yellow Card scheme shows 2,148 people have died from the Covid-19 “vaccines”. The MHRA estimates this to be ~10% of reality due to massive underreporting. So in reality we are looking at 21,000+ deaths. Add to this the 428,783 adverse drug reports (ADRs) and we can see that they are clearly not “safe” and definitely not “effective”. That’s almost half a million people injured by these “vaccines”, (ignoring the statistical under reporting). Myocarditis, pericarditis, Bell’s palsy, heart attacks, strokes, blindness, paralysis, neurological conditions – all of these are people’s lives destroyed. Take a look at the VAERS data in the US or the EuroVigilance data in the EU, and the reality of this horror show is hiding in plain sight. To add insult to injury (literally) they are injecting this poison into pregnant women and children. This was meant to be an “adult only” vaccine. What changed?The World Health Organisation is complicit in one of the biggest medical scandals in history. You clearly fail to grasp the role of the Gates Foundation’s influence in the WHO, and the corrupt practice of Big Pharma. We have seen the biggest transfer of wealth and power to the super rich and elite, in living memory. And now the government wants to sign up to the WHO treaty so they can do it all over again! The COVID pandemic has taught us that none of us are protected until all of us are protected. Around the world, we’ve seen huge numbers of COVID-related deaths because developing countries do not have strong health systems, health data collection or access to vaccines. No country, including our own, will be able tackle any future pandemic on our own – international collaboration is vital if we are to be fully prepared to tackle future pandemics.
The World Health Organisation’s (WHO) International Pandemic Treaty aims to improve pandemic preparedness and prevention through global partnership and shared knowledge, including the sharing of vaccines. We believe this is something the UK should broadly support, and we will watch the negotiations with interest as they progress.
Liberal Democrats are clear that we would never support a treaty that allowed an international organisation to impose lockdowns, introduce public health measures or restrictions on our civil liberties without any agreement by the national parliament; any such decisions should always be made by national parliaments.
Thankfully, all international treaties are negotiated and agreed by national governments, so every government including our own will have a say on what the treaty does and doesn’t cover. I do not believe that any national government would give up these powers, and neither do I believe that the WHO are asking for them either. The treaty is fundamentally about voluntary collaboration and coordination between countries to ensure we are all better prepared for the next pandemic.
Liberal Democrats are committed to working with our international partners to strengthen the UK Government’s response to future pandemics and support for the most vulnerable people in the world from infectious diseases. We believe the UK Government should always work with our global partners to find solutions to threats and issues all countries face. As such, we will continue to follow the advice of the scientists advising the Government on what protections and precautions are necessary to keep people safe and healthy.
