US whistleblower Brook Jackson is suing Pfizer under the False Claims Act, saying that they defrauded the government.
Pfizer has now filed a motion to dismiss the case. In their defence, Pfizer asked, in court, for the case to be dismissed, saying: “Please dismiss this case, judge. We did not defraud the government: we delivered the fraud that the government ordered.”
