Gary Lineker is the controversial host of BBC’s Match of the Day as well as having many lucrative sideline’s such as Walkers Crisps that puts his estimated net worth somewhere in the tens of millions!
He is also known for his vocal backing of a second referendum on Britain’s relationship with the EU owing to the fact that he didn’t get the resulted that he wanted first time round. Increasingly he has been involved in a war of words with prominent personality Piers Morgan. Morgan is himself a remainer but accepts the result of the EU referendum.
Morgan trolled Lineker last night and as you can see below fireworks flared between the two:
Lineker implied that Morgan was disingenuous whilst Morgan slammed Lineker as a crisp flogger who causes child obesity and ocean plastics!
As is usually the case with Lineker the comments were mostly negative towards him and in firm agreement with Morgan.
