Theresa May OUTED over Secret plans to hold 2nd EU Referendum

According to reports in respected broadsheet ,The Daily Telegraph, under pressure Prime Minister Theresa May has discussed the idea of EURef2 with ministers and aides ahead of the next round of Brexit meetings with Labour tomorrow.

May is said to have worked on “scenario planning” which has been drawing up possible options if the Government is forced to give MPs a vote on whether a so-called “People’s Vote” should be held. Government sources said a three-way referendum would only be an option if the talks with Jeremy Corbyn and his team broke down. The options available on the ballot would be between Deal, No Deal or Remain. It is not known whether it would be a straight choice or whether some form of ranking system would be used.

This comes as weekend reports suggest May will offer the opposition a temporary customs arrangement, worker’ rights in line with those in Europe and alignment on regulations on goods. This doesn’t appear to be sufficient to bring the entire Labour Party on board with 100 opposition lawmakers signing a letter saying they would not back a Labour-Tory deal without a further referendum on the matter.

Yesterday prominent Brexiteer John Redwood had this to say about the negotiations:

The last thing we need is an agreement between Labour and Conservatives to stay in the EU and to claim the misnamed Withdrawal Agreement is Brexit

I think we need a new accurate description for the draft Withdrawal Treaty. It should be called the Stay in and pay Treaty, or the Delay,pay and negotiate from weakness Treaty. Any other ideas for accurate names?”
