By GoldEagle & Sean Finch

On Wednesday 10th August UNN’s Sean Finch & Simon Gold Eagle flew over to Newport to support the Voice of Wales boys Dan & Stan, who were facing charges of aggravated trespass which could have seen them facing a 3-month jail sentence as well as a hefty fine. The case in my honest opinion had more possible ramifications for alternative media as part of a bigger agenda to silence the voices of alternative media.
But let us begin at the beginning & put this trial into context for what I believe personally to be the reason that VoW found themselves up “before the beak” During lockdown VoW were supporting Brexit & interviewed guests in support of Brexit that also criticized the Labour leader & the Welsh Government. This brought them to the attention of Mark Drakeford who described the Voice of Wales as a threat to modern day Wales. Stan Robinson then later used this phrase when he doorstepped Mark Drakeford saying that it was in fact he (Drakeford) that was the biggest threat. It was this encounter that annoyed the First Minister & put VoW directly into the Governments line of fire.
Fast forward now to the 19th January, 2022 & following a tip off Dan & Stan went to Cwmbran Stadium that was being used as an appointment only vaccination clinic, to cover 3 men who wanted help from the police to carry out a warrant under the authority of an International common law court to close the centre down. Where I believe the incident to be directly related to “Mark Drakeford’s Revenge” was the arrival of Chief Inspector Martyn Smith. In court we heard that he was in his office that afternoon listening to police comms & on hearing that there were anti vaxxers causing a disturbance at a local centre rushed down to take command. The police body cam footage of the incident is now in the public domain & the Chief Inspector (subsequently promoted to Superintendent) can be seen on film taking control of the situation. Immediately declaring the common law warrant ”bunkem” and instructing everybody to move (not leave, contrary to his sworn testimony). It was his use of these words that the judge reluctantly accepted that indeed they had not actually been asked to leave & therefore had no case to answer.
Although I am pleased for Voice of Wales, that they have been exonerated of the crime of journalism there is a magnitude of things that really worry me about this case. I believed that when you swore an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth & nothing but the truth that if you there would be repercussions. I am no Sherlock Holmes, I hold no degrees in truth detection, yet obvious porky pies were not detected by the court. One of the witnesses who was likened to Amber Heard because whilst she was recollecting the events from 6 months ago that had caused her alarm & distress moved her to tears & emotional testimony. Under oath she said she was so upset that she had to be sent home at 4pm, however the incident was all over by 2pm. Her evidence was that important to the case that in summarizing, the judge said that Voice of Wales presence that day had driven a twenty-year-old to tears. (The witness IMHO looked more like 30!) The video evidence of both these witness & the police officers were directly contradicted by the video footage taken that day by .
But this wasn’t actually what concerned me. The judge ruled that the man serving the common law warrant was actually an anti vaxxer & was there protesting. That although VoW were wearing clothing with the word media on their clothing, adorned with a press lanyard they were not recognised by the court as press & that they were in fact one of the 5 protesters. They were only being found not guilty of the charge because of the use of the senior officer’s language, that he had used the word move & not leave that they were being discharged & that if it had not been for this, she would have found them guilty! Further she ruled that if they were to ever film an incident like this again that they should telephone the appropriate people to get permission to film! In the coming months I will get some auditors from PINAC (Photography is Not a Crime) onto my show to discuss this as the judge made the ruling with no understanding of the law concerning the filming on public & private land.
The courts deem anything than the official government narrative as conspiracy & to be ridiculed. It showed me that whilst common law may have had its place in judicial history, it plays no part in the current court system. As a member myself of the freedom movement I can conclude that the battle in which we see ourselves fighting is NOT to be won within the court system
