Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was engulfed with a bout of extreme coughing spell as she toured the University of Oxford before making a speech to honour Eleanor Roosevelt/
Clinton gave a speech before Mansfield College’s Bonavero Institute to commemorate Roosevelt’s role in drafting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and was given an honorary degree from the school. While on a tour of Mansfield College, Clinton was seen repeatedly using her fist to cover her mouth as she coughed her way through a conversation with Helena Kennedy, the university’s former principal.

Further, the ceremony included the unveiling of a statue of Roosevelt, which was attended by the former first lady’s granddaughter Tracy Roosevelt. Later Monday, Clinton participated in a discussion with Kennedy on the milestone document’s 70th anniversary.
She is set to also deliver a speech attacking populism and the rise of new movements across the world. Clinton of course was also a prominent critic of the Brexit vote.
During her 2016 election campaign she was frequently accused of covering up ill health issues and on one occasion was seen collapsing into the back of a van!
