22-year-old Yusuf Aka went on a knife stabbing Frenzy at Leicester Royal Informary where hestabbed a complete stranger in the back with a large knife. He then rushed into the hospital’s accident and emergency waiting room where staff and patients fleed with Terror.
Yet the judge has just sentenced Aka to five years on a charge of Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) with many asking why he has not been charged with murder for such a serious crime?

The actions of members of staff who quickly took control of the situation, and led people out of his way without a thought for their own safety, was commendable, and they should be proud of what they accomplished.”
Kerry Johnston, Emergency Department Head of Nursing said: “This was a frightening experience for both patients and staff in the department that night, the impact of which cannot be underestimated.
