EXCLUSIVE- Mainstream & social media ‘SILENCE’ over Question Time Sensation

The videos of Derbyshire Brexit campaigner, Lucy Ward, have gone viral across Twitter and Facebook after her appearance on Question Time with hundreds of thousands of views.. Many people have praised her authenticity and passion for the Brexit cause. Significantly she was the first person to raise the Article 50 Legal Case currently going through the High Court that aside from The Express, Daily Mail and a couple more titles is being ignored by the legacy media.

We initially spoke via e-mail to Lucy and this is what she had to say:

You may or may not be aware of what happened last Thursday on BBC question time, and how I managed to stun the panel and viewers everywhere. It was really just a case of grabbing a massive opportunity and being lucky enough to be in the position to speak for so many.

I have since had several issues on Facebook when sharing pro-brexit related things, and many brexiteers are finding groups randomly being deleted, posts disappearing and people being banned without valid reason. Many of my followers I now have on Twitter will back this up. You only need to look through the tweets and replies to get an idea!

As usual the MSM are silencing us – the Express did over my appearance but made zero mention of the court case which is currently live and very arguable, this has received no media coverage whatsoever yet the Gina Miller case was plastered everywhere for months. They have I believe covered it briefly once before as did the Daily Mail but that is literally it. I’m in contact with the solicitor on this court case and the government have responded to him.

Leavers all over the nation are backing me both on Twitter and Facebook, and also in my personal/daily life too. I have gained some great followers including the honourable Kate Hoey, and am now working to get this further out there for people to see that there are still people fighting very hard against the political elite.”

In a phone conversation with UNN Correspondent David Clews Lucy explained in greater detail what she feels is the continuing betrayal of the elites and the massive disconnect between the people and the politicians. Not one politician on the panel appeared to know or even care about this legal case.

She also intimated her concerns over Police heavy handedness at demonstrations in London with the feeling that many of the new Police recruits lack the empathy and understanding of the older generation.

Unity News Opinion- We say a huge well done to Lucy and it is so refreshing to hear and speak to someone genuine who cares passionately for her country’s future. So many people are sick of the old media and out of touch political class and we need more and more independent voices speaking the truth. The lack of coverage of the Tilbrook case verses that of the Gina Miller case, which was entirely similar is a national scandal.
