Government Response to Petition on Vaxx Passports

I have received an email response from the Petitions Team regarding a petition I signed “Do not rollout Covid-19 vaccine passports”:

https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/569957

Whilst people are busy celebrating Boris and Savid Javid’s public announcements that vaccine passports will be dropped, you can count on the fact that the Government are busily working “under the radar” alongside big corporates to implement them.

Public/Private Partnerships have always played a big part in the United Nations Agenda 2030 plan for implementing their Global Sustainable Development Goals (to which the UK is fully signed up member).  Anything unpalatable politically can be shoehorned in via big corporates (many of whom attend the World Economic Forum’s yearly “Davos” event) – this is where the corporatocracy are able to secure their financial interests within this globalist agenda.

Now back to the Petition…..

The Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee has published the Government’s response to its report on plans to introduce domestic Covid-status certification, also known as Covid passports.

[Extract – (full papers attached at end of article)]

What did the Committee’s Report on Covid-status Certification say?

It is highly regrettable that the Government has not, despite committing to do so, provided the Committee with likely financial costs to the public purse or to businesses and individuals of different models of Covid-status certification. Full costings must be provided alongside any announcement in regards to Covid-status certification.”

The Government had so far failed to make the “scientific” case in favour of the system, and raised concerns that such a system could “disproportionately discriminate” against people on the basis of their race, religion, age or socio-economic background. They concluded plans for Covid passports were “unnecessary” and “unjustified”.

The data protection concerns raised still appertain to the use of the NHS app for this purpose and the Government should ensure that the very minimum necessary personal data is shared with foreign governments through the certificate.

Given that the Government has not made the “scientific” case for a Covid-status certification system, and in its own assessment the case is “finely balanced”, the introduction of such a system must be by way of primary legislation. This would allow for the full implications and ramifications of the proposals to be fully and properly considered by the Government and would also allow Parliament the appropriate amount of time to consider, scrutinise and where necessary amend the Government’s proposals.”

If the Government moves forward with any proposals to introduce such a system, despite the absence of a scientific case for doing so, a full Equalities Impact Assessment must be provided in good time and certainly in advance of any parliamentary vote on the legislation underpinning that system.

The Committee finds that there is no justification for engaging in what is likely to be a significant infringement of individual rights by introducing a Covid-status certification system and given the absence of convincing scientific case and the large number of uncertainties that remain, we recommend that the Government abandon the idea of using a Covid status certification system domestically

The Government’s response states:- The Government believes that certification would provide a public health benefit, and that it will set out more detail about the settings where certification will be required in due course.

Responding to the Government’s response, the Chair of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee, William Wragg MP, said:

With recent analysis suggesting that vaccinated people carry as much of the virus as the unvaccinated into any setting, the disappointing lack of any “scientific” basis for the Government’s decision to go ahead could reasonably lead people to conclude that there is in fact no such basis. If the real goal is to drive vaccine uptake, then it is a deeply cynical approach that will be counterproductive.”

The Government has committed to appropriate parliamentary scrutiny ahead of the wider application of certification. The approach to any legislation that may be required will be set out in due course…

Analysis

Yet again we witness the Government trying to push through policy based upon the argument “it would provide a public health benefit”.   Really, how?

However, what it does provide, is the Corporatocracy/UN with a multi-billion (if not trillion pound) industry.

What it does provide is a path to a global Biometric ID system.

What it does provide is a narrow window of opportunity for the “Great Reset”.  Beneficial to the 1% detrimental to the other 99%.

António Guterres Secretary-General of the United Nations, has consistently called for a renewed social contract.  A shift of taxation from payroll to carbon.

We all know where that ends up don’t we? – Total serfdom to a digital/technocratic social credit score system – ruled by algorithm upon your worth to the state.
