My Opinion and some word definitions

By Vince Cawthron:
Throughout human history, the majority of people have always lived in ignorance of reality without realising it and it is not liable to change dramatically in the near future. Thankfully though, history verifies that an ‘awake’ and irate sizeable minority do initiate and bring about change from that imposed by a very few (cabal) in positions of power/control of humanity. That minority is starting to get ‘organised via unity’ and hence are developing the capability to defeat the ‘cabal’ and hence win this fundamental psychological war of ‘indoctrination and hence mind control’ and the increasing proliferation of bio weapons such as jabs and 5G. We live in a dystopian world because of the human characteristic trait of greed and power and hence we will not transit from a dystopian society towards a utopian society until human kind progress beyond the current weaknesses that are inherent within our mental make up and capacity. So the fight of the good over the evil within us all will continue into the future until human kind mature into ‘intelligent, caring and sensible’ life forms.
Dystopian – relating to or denoting a state or society where there is great suffering or injustice.
Utopian – relating to a state or society where great suffering and injustice is continually addressed and alleviated
Conformance – is behaving, aligning in accordance with expectations or prevailing ideas, attitudes and directives.

Common Law – (also known as judicial precedent, judge-made law, or case law, sometimes referred to as Natural Law) is the body of law created by judges and similar quasi-judicial tribunals by virtue of being stated in written opinions.
The defining characteristic of common law is that it arises as precedent. Common law courts look to the past decisions of courts to synthesize the legal principles of past cases. Stare decisis, the principle that cases should be decided according to consistent principled rules so that similar facts will yield similar results, lies at the heart of all common law systems.
Lawful Rebellion – Lawful Rebellion is defined as any peaceful and lawful act designed to undermine and weaken the existing dictatorial government system. You may do anything within your power and within the law to defy and undermine the rogue government that is no longer serving the Will of the People. (Common Law Court definition).
Tort Law – English tort law concerns the compensation for harm to people’s rights to health and safety, a clean environment, property, their economic interests, or their reputations. A “tort” is a wrong in civil rather than criminal law, that usually requires a payment of money to make up for damage that is caused. Alongside contracts and unjust enrichment, tort law is usually seen as forming one of the three main pillars of the law of obligations.
In English law, Torts like other civil cases are generally tried in front of a Judge without a Jury.
Slander – is a legal term that refers to a false, oral statement about an individual that harms his or her reputation or standing within the community. Slander is not a crime in the UK however Slander is a civil wrong (tort), but a civil wrong that is subject to being held responsible through a Civil Lawsuit.
Libel – a published false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation; a written defamation. In the UK, libel is not illegal. However, libel is a civil wrong (tort). Therefore, someone who has made a libel statement can be held liable for their actions. The victim of the libel can take legal action against them and gain compensation for any losses through a Civil Lawsuit.
Mandate – the authority to carry out a policy, regarded as given by the electorate to a party or candidate that wins an election, give (someone) authority to act in a certain way. Therefore the UK national Government and the devolved governments do not have the authority to ‘mandate’ upon the electorate.
