Labour shadow home secretary Diane Abbott MP has claimed that Shamima Begum’s child has died as a result of her being stripped from her British Citizenship, taking to Twitter Diane aired her opinions and she did not hold back.
In the tweet that was loved by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, Abbott said: “It is against international law to make someone stateless, and now an innocent child has died as a result of a British woman being stripped of her citizenship. This is callous and inhumane”
Abbott has faced a massive backlash for her comments with many calling them absolutely crass and insensitive. Good Morning Britain presenter and well known public figure Piers Morgan appears to have captured the mood perfectly with the following tweet in response to Abbott.
As you can see the tweet has been loved a staggering 57,000 times with 10,000 retweets. This compares to as of now 2693 retweets for Abbott and just under 9000 loves. It is not yet known what the future holds for Shamima Begum but this appears to the third child that has tragically lost their young life. Many on social media hold the responsibility for this solely with Shamima and her Terrorist lovers.
