SHOCK as Robin Tilbrook EU case THROWN OUT by Judge

As we broke last night a single Judge has said the Tilbrook case does not merit being heard. Mr Tilbrook e-mailed us last night to say:

“Yesterday we got the very surprising news that a single judge considering our case on the papers refused permission. We are not going to be deterred! On Friday we shall be issuing our appeal in the Court of Appeal. We are also instructing Queen’s Counsel in the appeal.”
 
We enquired as to the reasons behind this and Mr Tilbrook responded with the following:
 
“Dear David
 
Thank you for your email.
I am back on Saturday and I shall send the Judgment to you but it’s quite short and poor
 
Robin Tilbrook”
 
Graham Moore, who has taken a pro-active role in this case, has tweeted out the following:
It is much worse than I thought. It seems the Judge is a remainer by his social media posts and is anti Gun and never Trumper. He was calling for a second referendum and signed a petition to that effect, he suggests we are the laughing stock of Europe for voting to leave!
 
Blatant BIAS If this is not news I don’t know what is!  Robin is in receipt and the Judge mentions England vs Scotland and refers by extrapolated comment as “little Englanders”
Respected Emeritus Professor Alan Sked warned that the judiciary would put up stiff opposition even though he agreed that Mr Tilbrook was probably right in his assessment.
It is important to remember that at nearly every stage of the Gina Miller legal case they had to appeal against the initial findings which were usually negative.
It has always been our position that this case has a right to be heard and the Judge not allowing a full court case marks another nail in the coffin of the idea we have an impartial and unbiased justice system in the UK.
