FULL RETRACTION- UNN has just been informed that our initial information concerning the name of the Judge involved in this case was not accurate and Judge Martin Benedict Spencer did not rule on this case. 

As we reported exclusively last night the Judge who took a first look at the Robin Tilbrook case said there was no case to answer. It is with a sense of incredulity that today we were given the name of the Judge by sources close to the Tilbrook case and a simple search of the Public social media profiles under that name reveals that the individual mentioned is in fact a politically charged REMAINER.

Normally this article would come under our Premium Content section due to time spent on it but as it is of such high importance to the Public we are pleased to bring this for the attention of everyone.

Martin Benedict Spencer publicly states on his Facebook Profile that he became a High Court Judge on the 2nd of October 2017. As you can see below the day after the EU referendum he engaged in a Twitter tirade against the democratic vote using highly emotive words such as ‘betrayal, leave of our senses’ etc:

The Judicial Appointments Commission then advised as a QC he has been appointed to some of the highest positions in the land, did he leave his political views at the door when he entered?

For example Mr Spencer is happy to retweet the unconfirmed notion that the elderly betrayed younger people to vote for Brexit?

He even cannot resist a dig at then President Elect Donald Trump for winning a democratic vote in the USA:

Judge Spencer described the UK as ‘a laughing stock’ in the rest of Europe quoting German newspaper Der Spiegel:

Mr Spencer also publicly signed a petition saying: “We the undersigned call upon HM Government to implement a rule that if the remain or leave vote is less than 60% based a turnout less than 75% there should be another referendum.”

Mr Spencer shares his love of Bach, Mozart and other European Classical composers across social media as well as pictures of him holidaying in what appears to be Europe extensively.

The questions that arise from this is why is Mr Spencer so naive to put such public information on to social media declaring his naked political partisanship? Why did the Court System allow such an individual to be able to look at such a massive case when a simple search of his social media would prove that he is politically bias? Are the establishment literally rubbing our noses in it? Where is the mainstream media and prominent Brexiteers on this?

Internal sources within the Tilbrook campaign have confirmed that they are launching an immediate appeal and in my opinion if they show the evidence of bias that Mr Spencer has he was was in no way capable of looking at this case objectively. I am deeply concerned about the impartiality of the judiciary in this case and so many more around Brexit when they feel confident enough to be so blase about their political views.

I ask that you make everyone aware of what is going on by sharing this article and hope that Mr Tilbrook’s legal team can expose this apparently blatant injustice that many on social media are even referring to as ‘CORRUPT’!
