The demise of Democracy through a Coup taking place in the UK Parliament

A ‘Coup’ is taking place within the UK Parliament using the tactics of Insurrection and Revolution by many Members of Parliament (MP’s), initiated by cross party Remainer MP’s (Remoaners) whom blatantly disregard and ignore Democracy. Many MP’s and most of the mainstream media attempt to ‘fool’ the UK public that the Prime Minister Boris Johnson is conducting a ‘Coup’ through a ‘Prorogue’ by extending the forthcoming Parliament recess (for Political Party Conferences) by an extra 4 days. As a matter of fact, John Major as Prime Minister in 1997 ‘Prorogued’ Parliament for six weeks (42 days) in an attempt to cover up the ‘cash for questions scandal’ and now John Major is a vocal opponent against Boris Johnson’s ‘implied Prorogue’ of 34 days.

It is extremely important that the UK people see the truth behind the facade and fiasco that is taking place in the House of Commons since Monday 2^nd September 2019 when a ‘cross party’ of EU Remainers published their intent to submit a motion the following day Tuesday 3^rd September when Parliament reconvened after its Summer recess. The intent of the motion is to create UK Parliament legislation to block a ‘No deal’ exit from the EU on 31^st October 2019 and to extend UK membership of the EU until 31^st January 2020, on the pretence to pursue a ‘Deal’.

With close of business of the UK Parliament on Wednesday 4^th September (after only 2 days of the current Parliament sitting), the cross party Remainers have succeeded in passing a Bill in the House of Commons which is intended to force Boris Johnson the Prime Minister to go to the EU and ask for an extension to the UK’s membership, if there’s no progress with the EU towards a ‘Deal’ by 19 October 2019. This Bill has one purpose – to prevent a No-Deal Brexit. However the Bill has to be approved by the House of Lords (which is not a certainty within the time remaining before Parliament goes into recess for Political Party Conferences) before it can return to the House of Commons and become Lawful Legislation.

The Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday 4^th September tabled a motion to hold a General Election on 15^th October 2019, the vote was 298 for an election and 56 against a election, the Labour Party were instructed by Corbyn to abstain from the vote, thereby making the vote null and void (unfortunately even though Boris Johnson gained a sizeable majority) because it does not comply with the fixed term Parliament Act, which requires a majority of 2 thirds of the Members of Parliament).

The objective of the cross party Remainers is to lawfully remove a ‘No deal’ exit from the EU and thereby attempt to (1) force a capitulation to the EU of Brexit in Name Only (BRINO) type of Deal or (2) force another Referendum to cancel Article 50 and for the UK to remain in the EU. The conduct of these arrogant cross party Remainers in Parliament is clearly a campaign to usurp the Prime Minister and remove any power for the Prime Minister to exert pressure on the EU to negotiate a sensible and reasonable ‘Deal’ by 31^st October.

The action of the Remainers in Parliament is tantamount to Treason/Malfeasance in Public Office and a blatant dismissal/disregard of the 23^rd June 2016 Democratic referendum decision for the UK to leave the EU. As I indicate above, the Bill has now been passed to the House of Lords (Thursday 5^th September) and will come back to the House of Commons for its final vote into legislation when it has completed its path through the House of Lords, the House of Lords may well debate/amend the Bill over many days and Parliament is due to go into recess (which includes a ‘prorogue’ extension of 4 days) either Monday 9^th September or latest by Thursday 12^th September (for Political Party Conferences) until 14^th October (maximum of 34 days), with the Queen’s Speech on 14^th October.

If the House of Lords decide to debate the Bill beyond either Monday 9^th September/Thursday 12^th September, then the Bill will not be able to become Legislation (Law) prior to the recess. In my opinion, these cross member Remainers along with the Labour Party, the LibDems, The Green Party and Plaid Cymru etc are deliberately trying to overthrow our Democracy and the majority decision by the UK electorate in the 2016 UK Referendum to leave the EU.

If we the people continue to sit idly by, if we stay silent, if we do nothing but complain on a keyboard or to others in conversation, then these Traitors will succeed in their goal to stop the UK leaving the EU. We the People are Sovereign and we the People have the power to stop this abuse of Democracy by our actions, I await to see if the UK People will rise and act before it is too late.
