The unseen hand of the CCP in the Coronavirus Plandemic

By D Taylor:

A key piece of the puzzle, which I think is often missed in discussions about the COVID Plandemic, is the role of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). By CCP, I don’t mean the Chinese people nor the alleged military threat posed by China, but the international criminal organisation that has controlled mainland China since 1949 and has since expanded its influence globally.

The CCP’s increasing influence in liberal (in the classical sense of the world) democracies has been extensively studied and reported by various researchers, military personnel independent journalists and whistleblowers:

  • ‘Stealth War: How China Took Over While America’s Elite Slept’ by General Robert Spalding1
  • ‘Hidden Hand: Exposing How the Chinese Communist Party is Reshaping the World’ by Clive Hamilton and Mareike Ohlberg2
  • ‘Wilful Blindness, How a network of narcos, tycoons and CCP agents Infiltrated the West’ by Sam Cooper3
  • Epoch Times4 and New Tang Dynasty TV5, founded by persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, have long been reporting on the CCP and its influence in the West; ● GNews6founded by Chinese dissident and co-founder of the New Federal State of China, Miles Guo;
  • War Room 7founded by former adviser to president Trump and co-founder of the New Federal State of China, Steve Bannon;
  • China Uncensored8, a satirical news programme focused on the CCP; ● SerpentZA9 and Laowhy8610, independent vloggers reporting on their experiences of the CCP from living in China.

Some of this influence is hidden in plain sight through the overt collaboration of Western universities and government departments with CCP-controlled equivalents in China and / or receipt of significant income from students sent by the CCP, as reported on by Unity News Network11 and others. The people and organisations shown to have strong ties with the CCP in the Unity News Network article were key advocates of the lockdown policies in 2020 and 2021.

Locking down large numbers of healthy people under the pretext of controlling the spread of an infectious disease was itself pioneered by the CCP in Hubei in early 2020. The CCP published statistics purporting to show that its authoritarian approach had quickly and

successfully controlled the spread of the supposed virus12. This was accompanied by a propaganda campaign of (since deleted) YouTube videos praising the CCP’s approach and the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendation that other countries follow suit, with disastrous consequences. Michael P Senger explores this theme in greater detail in his book ‘Snake Oil: How Xi Jinping Shut Down the World’13

The 48 Group Club14is another example of influence hiding in plain sight. Founded in 1954, shortly after the CCP came to power, ‘The 48 Group is now focused on helping the chairs of major companies, as well as leading political and academic figures, to better understand China and how to benefit from the enormous advances and growth that the country is still able to produce.’ The group boasts many highly influential figures in British politics amongst its patrons and fellows:

  • former Prime Minister and key advocate of COVID injections, Tony Blair; ● former Deputy Prime Ministers Michael Heseltine and John Prescott, the former also being a vociferous opponent to Britain leaving the European Union;
  • former Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw;
  • former President of the Board of Trade, Peter Mandleson;
  • former leader of the Liberal Democrat Party, Vince Cable;
  • former Mayor of London, Ken Livingston;
  • David Sainsbury, a major donor to the Labour and Liberal Democrat parties and to a large network of industry leaders who have benefited from his ‘generosity’15; David Sainsbury’s family firm of supermarkets has also distinguished itself in its zeal for face mask enforcement16
  • Bernie Ecclestone former Chief Executive of the Formula One Group, which advocates mandatory COVID injections17

Further examples include China’s Belt and Road Initiative and ‘Debt Trap Diplomacy’18the Confucius Institutes found on many Western campuses19, the Cambridge Jesus College China Centre20 and the Great Britain China Centre21, to name but a few.

Other influence is more subtle. For example, the CCP’s Thousand Talents Plan to attack overseas scientists and engineers22 was never a secret of itself, but those who partook in it and the betrayal of national and commercial interests that it may have led them to commit for

the CCP certainly was23. Many multinational companies have been lured to CCP controlled China by the promise of cheap labour and over a billion potential new customers. Many of these same companies are also partners of the World Economic Forum (WEF), now notorious for its role in the Coronavirus plandemic. CCP General Secretary Xi Jingping still receives a warm welcome at the WEF24in spite of the many atrocities his regime is known to be committing25

One particularly notable business magnate who ‘had the foresight to establish an office in Beijing’ is Microsoft’s Bill Gates26, now notorious for his role in the Coronavirus plandemic and promoting COVID injections. Bill Gates took Microsoft to China as early as 1992 and is reported to have met and received several personal messages from CCP General Secretary Xi Jingping27. Given these close ties, it is worth considering whether the money distributed by the Bill and Melanda Gates foundation really arises from Mr Gates private fortune or whether it is a cover for CCP influence.

Some influence is kept hidden so far as possible. For example, the collaboration of Dr Fauci, the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centre for Disease Control (CDC) with the CCP Wuhan Institute of Virology to develop the SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon gene sequence uploaded in early 2020 and incorporated into the COVID injections28. This example also provides strong evidence of the CCPs involvement in the Coronavirus plandemic.

In December, 2020, several media outlets reported a leak of database containing the names of two million CCP members, many of whom had infiltrated foreign governments and corporations29 30. Under Article 6 of the CCP’s constitution31, CCP members are required to take an oath that presents a major conflict of interest for those who wish to take up positions in foreign governments and companies:

‘It is my will to join the Communist Party of China, uphold the Party’s program, observe the provisions of the Party Constitution, fulfill the obligations of a Party member, carry out the Party’s decisions, strictly observe Party discipline, protect Party secrets, be loyal to the

Party, work hard, fight for communism for the rest of my life, always be prepared to sacrifice my all for the Party and the people, and never betray the Party.’

Miles Guo describes a three pronged strategy also used by the CCP to influence people in positions of authority code-named BGY: B for blue, information control; G for gold, bribery and commercial influence; Y for yellow, sexual bribery and blackmail32

In the 60th session of the Corona Investigative Committee33, Dr David Martin demonstrated with the patents that the S1 spike protein, SARS-Cov-2 virus and so-called ‘vaccines’ are biological weapons that have been in development since the late 1990s. Many other aspects of the plandemic (economic, information, psychological and biological warfare) can also be traced to this period.

In 1999 retired People’s Liberation Army34(PLA) major general Qiao Liang and retired PLA senior Colonel Wang Xiangsui published the book ‘Unrestricted Warfare’35. In this they envisage a new type of warfare that is fought not only with soldiers on the battlefield, but with far broader means and methods:

  • psychological warfare (spreading rumours to intimidate the enemy and break down his will);
  • smuggling warfare (throwing markets into confusion and attacking economic order); ● media warfare (manipulating what people see and hear in order to lead public opinion along);
  • drug warfare (obtaining sudden and huge illicit profits by spreading disaster in other countries);
  • network warfare (venturing out in secret and concealing one’s identity in a type of warfare that is virtually impossible to guard against);
  • technological warfare (creating monopolies by setting standards independently); ● fabrication warfare (presenting a counterfeit appearance of real strength before the eyes of the enemy);
  • resources warfare (grabbing riches by plundering stores of resources); ● economic aid warfare (bestowing favour in the open and contriving to control matters in secret);
  • cultural warfare (leading cultural trends along in order to assimilate those with different views);
  • and international law warfare (seizing the earliest opportunity to set up regulations).

Many of these methods, as applied to the Coronavirus plandemic, will be familiar from the findings of the Corona Investigative Committee. Others can be seen in be seen in events and trends over recent decades:

  • Extinction Rebellion and the ‘Climate Change Emergency,’
  • Black Lives Matter and the rise of ‘Woke’ cultural;
  • the outsourcing of manufacturing capabilities to CCP controlled China;

  • consolidation of private corporations under the control of CCP-friendly Blackrock; ● ‘Debt Trap Diplomacy’ and the CCP’s Belt And Road initiative;
  • espionage and intellectual property theft;
  • destruction of the World Financial system through the collapse of China’s property market;
  • the Fentanyl addiction crisis in North America;
  • the riots in Chile and Ecuador in early 2019;
  • the use of Western media and ‘white monkeys’ to spread a positive image of CCP controlled China36
  • currency manipulation and dumping of cheap goods into foreign markets. Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui conclude:

‘Faced with warfare in the broad sense that will unfold on a borderless battlefield, it is no longer possible to rely on military forces and weapons alone to achieve national security in the larger strategic sense, nor is it possible to protect these stratified national interests. Obviously, warfare is in the process of transcending the domains of soldiers, military units, and military affairs, and is increasingly becoming a matter for politicians, scientists, and even bankers.’

Arguably China’s experience with unrestricted warfare extends much further back than the publication of Qiao Liang’s and Wang Xiangsui’s book. In 1951, Edward Hunter published the ‘Brainwashing In Red China: the calculated destruction of men’s minds’37. Many of the psychological manipulation techniques employed by the CCP eighty years ago, and described in Edward Hunter’s book, will be very familiar to anyone who has remained awake throughout the Coronavirus plandemic. The concept of using drugs as a weapon of economic and biological warfare on whole populations dates back even further in China, to the Opium Wars of the 19th century. Forgotten by many in the West, China’s ‘Century of Humiliation’ that resulted from the Opium Wars is a key facet of the CCP’s national narrative 38

Having established the credible means by which the CCP wages war on the rest of the world, we come to the question of motive. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the CCP has been the last major bastion of totalitarian control and one that has been increasingly threatened by a tide of democracy, free market economics and vastly improved connectivity of ordinary citizens. Arguably, its survival has only been possible by allowing China to open up to these trends in recent decades.

According to the official narrative this has led to, literally, incredible growth in the Chinese economy39 and accumulation of vast currency reserves through a persistent trade deficit with the United States40. However, CCP controlled business and government departments are not subject to external audit and scrutiny in the same manner as those in North America or Europe. The official narrative and supporting statistics should therefore be treated with

caution, as indeed should have the CCP’s claims to have controlled COVID-19 through lockdowns.

In his book, ‘Wilful Blindness,’ Sam Cooper describes Chinese ‘whale’ gamblers laundering vast amounts of currency through Canadian casinos, suggesting that at least part of the enormous money flow into China may never reach the country. This would of course leave it free for expensive foreign influence operations, as described above, as well as securing CCP officials a safe nest-egg in foreign markets. Further evidence that all is not as it would seem can be seen in the current crisis in the China property market with Evergrande defaulting on its foreign debts41– hardly the behaviour to be expected from a national bank flush with foreign currency. Similarly, a key facet of the events of the last two years has been the orchestrated syphoning of funds from other countries to China and companies invested in China:

  • through the CCP’s mass purchase of face masks and personal protective equipment in early 2020, which would then be sold back to other countries at inflated prices as face masks were mandated42
  • through the roll-out of COVID injections, the ingredients of which are likely manufactured in China43
  • the destruction of local businesses by lock downs to increase the market share of multinationals who are heavily invested in China;
  • Blackrock’s campaign to encourage people to invest in China44

President Trump’s trade war with China would of course have threatened early exposure of the CCP’s fake economic, which perhaps explains the enormous antipathy expressed by the CCP and its co-opted Western allies towards him. Whatever the case may be, it seems that the CCP found itself desperately in need of a ‘Great Reset’ to re-establish totalitarian rule across the world. The alternative is the long anticipated demise of the CCP.

Considering the recent findings of session 89 of Corona Investigative Committee45, exactly who controls whom when it comes to the CCP and it’s ‘old friends’ in the West remains an open question. Nonetheless, as I hope I have demonstrated, it is clear that the CCP is a key actor in the Coronavirus pandemic with its associated atrocities and rapid expansion of totalitarian systems of government.
