As calls for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination grow around the world, it’s becoming crucial to understand what these injections actually are. The mRNA “vaccines” created by Moderna and Pfizer are in fact gene therapies.
MRNA ‘Vaccines’ Fulfil None of the Criteria for a Vaccine
- mRNA injections do not impart immunity. Moderna and Pfizer both admit that their clinical trials didn’t look at immunity. As such they do not fulfil the medical and/or legal definition of a vaccine.
- They do not inhibit transmissibility of SARS-CoV-2 infection. As such they do not fulfil the medical and/or legal definition of a vaccine.
mRNA Therapy Doesn’t Satisfy Public Health Measure Directive
There’s also the issue of whether a gene therapy can be mandated, and this may hinge on it being accepted as a vaccine. The 1905 Supreme Court ruling in Jacobson v Massachusetts essentially established that collective benefit supersedes individual benefit.
Put another way, the ruling argues (although legal experts diverge on some of the finer details of its interpretation) that it’s acceptable for some individuals to be harmed by a public health directive as long as it benefits the collective. However, if vaccination is a public health measure meant to protect and benefit the collective, then it would need to accomplish two things:
- Ensure that the vaccinated person is rendered immune from the disease.
- Inhibit transmission of the disease from the vaccinated person to other individuals.
Pfizer CEO and Moderna Chief Medical Officer
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla acknowledged he didn’t know if the BNT162b2 vaccine would prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. “I think this is something that needs to be examined. We are not certain about that right now with what we know.”
Moderna’s chief medical officer, Tal Zaks, MD stated “When we start the deployment of [the mRNA-1273] vaccine, we will not have sufficient concrete data to prove that this vaccine reduces transmission.”

WHO officials warned there is no guarantee that COVID-19 vaccines will prevent people from being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and transmitting it to other people
Anthony Fauci Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), reinforced the WHO’s admission that health officials do not know if COVID-19 vaccines prevent infection or if people can spread the virus to others after getting vaccinated.
They state vaccinated persons still need to mask and social distance because they could be able to spread the coronavirus to others without knowing it.
What Makes COVID Vaccines Gene Therapy?
The definition of “gene therapy.” As detailed on MedlinePlus.gov’s “What Is Gene Therapy” page:
“Gene therapy is an experimental technique that uses genes to treat or prevent disease … Researchers are testing several approaches to gene therapy, including: … Introducing a new gene into the body to help fight a disease …
Although gene therapy is a promising treatment option for a number of diseases (including inherited disorders, some types of cancer, and certain viral infections), the technique remains risky and is still under study to make sure that it will be safe and effective. Gene therapy is currently being tested only for diseases that have no other cures.”
Here, it’s worth noting that there are many different treatments that have been shown to be very effective against COVID-19, so it certainly does not qualify as a disease that has no cure. It makes sense that gene therapy should be restricted to incurable diseases, as this is the only time that taking drastic risks might be warranted.
Here’s how the US FDA defines gene therapy:-
Gene therapy is a technique that modifies a person’s genes to treat or cure disease. Gene therapies can work by several mechanisms:

- Replacing a disease-causing gene with a healthy copy of the gene
- Inactivating a disease-causing gene that is not functioning properly
- Introducing a new or modified gene into the body to help treat a disease.
The synthetic mRNA experimental gene therapy turns on the production of COVID-19 proteins, but it has no off switch. It just keeps on replicating, and the immune system keeps on mounting an immune response. Some researchers are concerned that it will provoke autoimmune reactions, setting you up for a lifetime of serious inflammatory disease.
Another major concern is the possibility that the COVID-19 experimental gene therapy can make infections worse. There is convincing evidence that this experimental gene therapy may trigger an antibody-dependent enhancement reaction and increase the virus’s ability to infect your cells. In other words, if you come down with a coronavirus infection after receiving your experimental gene therapy, then you may have a much worse case than if you had never had this therapy. Many experts are predicting a surge of life-threatening infections, inflammatory disorders and deaths in the coming months for those who have received this treatment.
Why the Misrepresentation?
As for why drug companies are misrepresenting this technology, David Martin suspects “it’s done exclusively so that they can get themselves under the umbrella of public health laws that exploit vaccination.”
Experimental gene therapies do not have financial liability shielding from the government, but pandemic vaccines do, even in the experimental stage, as long as the emergency use authorization is in effect. This is indeed a major incentive to make sure this technology is perceived as a vaccine and nothing else.
So, by maintaining the illusion that COVID-19 is a state of emergency, when in reality it is not, government leaders are providing cover for these gene therapy companies so that they are insulated from any liability.
Analysis
The take-home message here is that these injections are not vaccines. They do not prevent infection, they do not render you immune and they do not prevent transmission of the disease
- Since mRNA “vaccines” do not meet the medical and/or legal definition of a vaccine, marketing them as such is prime facie a deceptive practice that violates the law that governs advertising of medical practices.
- Will we see Boris Johnson dutifully extend the Coronavirus Act for a further 6 months maintaining the “State of Emergency” required for the temporary authorisation (liability insulation) to continue?
- Perhaps we can we finally put to bed the MSM contention that the unvaccinated are selfish. Given that “the injections” do not affect transmission?
- This makes the Vaccine Passport null and void.
The question is will this be information be allowed to reach the masses? Or will the MSM and social media as “gate keepers of the narrative” work their usual magic?
