In breaking developments Yellow Vest activist James Goddard has this morning been arrested. His friend Tracy Blackwell shared a watch party video from the Facebook Page ‘Buska Patriot News’ showing what happened.
Goddard appears to have been arrested for an incident that took place at the weekend involving a confrontation with a journalist from the Manchester Evening News. Goddard subsequently made a YouTube video apologising for his conduct at the demo.
He has admitted that when he is on the streets and in confrontational situations he can lose control and that is not really who he is as a person. He admits in the video that his conduct was not acceptable and issued a full public apology saying he needs to conduct himself in a far better and professional manner.

According to the Manchester Evening News Goddard can be heard saying to the journalist:
I’ve warned you, I swear to god when there’s no police around here, I’m going to take your head off your shoulders, and all the football lads will as well, your card is marked. Trust me, next time you’re in London mate, you’re finished. All the football lads know exactly who you are and you will be ran out of London. Next time you’re down, you’ll see what happens.”
