Fighting for Justice is the campaign that was established in response to the killings of three innocent teenagers: George Wilkinson, Josh McGuinness and Harry Rice.
Jaynesh Chudasama, 28, was jailed for 13 years for running over the three teenage boys as they walked to a party in west London in January this year, however, the attack was suspiciously not classed as an act of murder or the possibility of terror looked into.
Chudasama was not charged with any counts of murder but instead plead guilty to three counts of causing death by dangerous driving and was handed a 13 year jail sentence and disqualified him from driving for 13 years and six months.
Now in a move that has left the families of the boys and their supporters disgusted Chudasama has had his sentence REDUCED from 13 to 10 years due to what was described as a ‘technicality’ in chaotic scenes at court.
‘Sir’ Brian Leveson who oversaw the sentencing reduction appeal said:
The court had wished to hand this judgment down in the presence of anyone interested to hear it. That, of course, included the families of the victims.
As we entered court, the families and their supporters started to chant and barrack the court, making it quite impossible to hand the judgment down.
We have moved to another court in order to hand the judgment down with regret – not because of any disrespect to me or to the other members of the court – but in order that justice can be delivered publicly and in open court.”
The distraught parents as well as their supporters were given the decision by a barrister after being made to leave the court and erupted in protest and singing while the Police were then called by Court Officials. They then moved the protest outside and have vowed to continue in their fight for justice for Josh, Harry & George.
