British public SICKENED as CORRUPT Police officers are ‘sex predators’ ABUSING their position!

Reports have emerged amid growing concerns that British police officers are using their role to carry out “predatory sexual behaviour”.

The Scottish Anti-corruption unit has been alerted to 22 cases involving alleged sexual misconduct involving police officers in the year concluding 31 March, up from 17 the previous year.

In a report for the Scottish Police Authority (SPA), it said: “The abuse of position by police officers or members of police staff in order to conduct predatory sexual behaviour remains a concern within Police Scotland and across the UK.”

This is not the first case of this nature to be exposed here on UNN. This would suggest that these concerns are not misguided with officers previously being charged with sabotaging historical child abuse cases South of the border.

The Scottish Green spokesman on justice John Finnie has stated that ‘The public deserve the fullest protection from predatory sexual behaviour, whatever its source’. In addition to this, a report for the Scottish Police Authority stated that “The abuse of position by police officers or members of police staff in order to conduct predatory sexual behaviour remains a concern within Police Scotland and across the UK.” This will have put many on alert across the country with many suggesting that more stringent on the job monitors should be placed on serving officers.

However, the report attributed the rise in cases being referred to them to the more “pro-active” role being undertaken by the unit, which was formed in 2016.

In April a former undercover officer alleged that Police Scotland has a corruption epidemic and had been infiltrated by large scale criminal groups. The vast majority of police officers are incorruptible, but particularly those who experience financial difficulty may be at risk. One plan that could be enforced could be quarterly financial checks on serving police officers.

Alan Speirs the Assistant Chief Constable at Police Scotland was very clear in pointing out “The overwhelming majority of our officers and staff consistently conduct themselves in accordance with our high standards. Any breaches of trust can have a devastating impact on the public; therefore, we do everything we can to ensure that the whole service performs to the level of professional behaviour our communities expect.”. Public trust will depend on these cases being investigated thoroughly.
