Spain’s Constitutional Court ruled on Wednesday 14th July, that the strict home confinement ordered by the Government (one of Europe’s strictest) at the start of the coronavirus pandemic last year was unconstitutional. The ruling stated that the limitations on movement violated citizens’ basic human rights.
It was a split decision according to the Court statement – 6 magistrates for and 5 against. The lawsuit was brought by the Vox party – Vox are a conservative, right wing party in Spain, often labelled as “far right” by academics and journalists. The party entered the Spanish Parliament for the first time in April 2019.
The Court agreed with Vox’s argument that the restrictions of movement required the passing of a state of exception, which unlike a state of emergency would require approval from Parliament and not just the Cabinet. The ruling paves the way for the cancellation of fines imposed on people for breaking the home confinement rules.
The Spanish leftist Government has responded by saying “it respects but does not share the view of Spain’s Constitutional Court”. [No surprise there].
Portugal
This is not the first Court to have ruled on this human rights issue. The Court stated, the test’s reliability depends upon the number of cycles used and the viral load present. Citing Jaafar et al. 2020, the court concluded that:-
“If someone is tested by PCR as positive when a threshold of 35 cycles or higher is used (as is the rule in most laboratories in Europe and the US – many using 40+ cycles), the probability that said person is infected is less than 3%, and the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%.
Based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable. Most importantly, the Judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.”

Germany
On 28th January, 2021 a German Court in Weimar Declares Lockdown Unconstitutional.
A LANDMARK legal decision declared that regional containment policies – including lockdowns, social distancing, prohibitions on gatherings by family or friends) are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The judge called the lockdowns a “catastrophically wrong political decision with dramatic consequences for almost all areas of people’s lives.”
The judge ruled that the government violated the “inviolably guaranteed human dignity” under basic German law. This momentous, affirmative, liberating decision was handed down by a court of law in Weimar, Germany; the city whose name was adopted by the first German republic: 1919—1933, until it was overturned by the Nazi regime. https://ahrp.org/german-court-in-weimar-declares-lockdown-unconstitutional/
Yet nothing has reached the English Courts – plus there has been a total blackout by UK broadcasters of these historic landmark cases – interesting isn’t it. Can we state with any confidence that we are living in a democratic country, with a free impartial state broadcaster? Open to question I would suggest.
Analysis
Three massive successes for truth and justice, yet, somehow, across the western world the testing regime, mask mandates and restrictions continue to be imposed upon the people.
Why? Who benefits?
Governments will never voluntarily lift the lockdowns because:-
- Without testing [creating “cases”] masks [visual reminder] and lockdowns there is NO state of emergency;
- Without a state of emergency experimental vaccines could not be administered unlicensed via emergency authorisation;
- If the “vaccines” are not administered, they will be unable to justify digital vaccine passports, enabling mass surveillance/control of the global population;
- Without digital passports (the UN/International Community) will be unable to achieve all they have been working for over many decades…..
“Agenda 21/2030 an inventory and control plan of ALL land, water, minerals, plants, animals, construction all means of production, food, energy, information and all human beings in the world, agreed to by 179 nations in 1992 (now 193) – the Agenda for the 21st Century aka Sustainable Development.”
The goal of Agenda 21 is ultimately one world governance – control from a central unit – a fully standardized data collection and retrieval format, with cross-border sharing of identities of the entire population of the planet, in order for the stand-alone AI-powered command centre to work without a hitch, for purposes of calculating everyone’s contribution to society, or threat to the system (dissent).
The “Covid Pandemic” has presented the ideal opportunity for the Great Reset of the world, twinned with the “Climate Crisis”/Green New Deal. These “crises” are an opportunity to print money for the enrichment of a cabal of powerful people whilst engineering the resetting of the world’s economy which will be controlled via a central bank digital currency system [“aka” smart grid/Chinese style credit score system].
Will their plan succeed? If the people don’t wake up and stand up – then unfortunately, I believe it will to the detriment of us all.
