Police in Paris have used tear gas and water cannon on protestors who are out for a second weekend against the globalist rule of President Emmanuel Macron. Violence erupted on the Champs-Elysées as protesters tried to get through a security cordon around sensitive sites. Around 80,000 people gathered in Paris alone when About 5,000 protesters marched down the Champs-Elysées. Some erected barricades, ripped up paving stones and threw them at police, while shouting slogans calling for President Emmanuel Macron to resign.
Demonstrators on the Champs-Elysées then came up against metal barriers and a police-enforced perimeter in order to stop them reaching key Government buildings in the centre of Paris.

Interior Minister Christophe Castaner said the protests were inspired by the leader of the National Rally party, Marine Le Pen. But she accused him, on Twitter, of dishonesty.
By late afternoon, the situation on the Champs Elysées remained chaotic, with several fires still burning.
Demonstrations have been held in many other cities – including Lille, Lyon and Bordeaux – with a number of minor clashes and arrests reported.
The price of diesel, the most commonly used fuel in French cars, has risen by around 23% over the past 12 months to an average of around £1.32 which is around the same as in the UK.
All drivers in France have to carry the jackets in their cars as part of safety equipment for use in a breakdown.
Along with the familiar red reflective triangle which must be placed behind a broken-down vehicle on the side of a road, the high-visibility jacket – or “gilet jaune” – must be worn by the driver outside the car.
Failure to wear the jacket after a breakdown or accident can result in a €135 (£120; $153) fine under a law introduced in 2008. The symbolic yellow jackets have now become the uniform of the protestors in a highly visual symbol.
